Andres was a fantastic host. Super responsive and proactive. The property is fantastic with more amenities than are even listed in the listing. Gorgeous views. The beach chairs and cooler and umbrella were nice to have. Plenty of towels and linens. Thanks for a great stay!

¡Espectacular! Compartí con mi familia semana santa en el lugar y fue estupendo. El lugar súper céntrico, cerca de lugares de comida, playas como Mar chiquita y Puerto Nuevo a menos de 10 minutos. Todo súper limpio y organizado, la piscina completamente privada y a pesar de que el primer día no tuvimos luz por el apagón, el lugar contaba con planta eléctrica que no pasamos necesidades ni incomodidades. Estamos súper agradecidos por la oportunidad y el recibimiento. Ps. Gracias por los postres y el detalle en la nevera. ✨

9 day stay, family of 5 (including 2 elderly & 1 child). Vacationing & visiting family. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation & will utilize this host in the future. Thank you Angel Luis & Andres. Specifics: Hosts: responsive, easy to communicate with & helpful. Accommodation: private road access, clean & as described. Functional kitchen, comfortable beds, laundry facility, 2 car parking, outdoor patio & shower. AC units, 2 of 3 bedrooms with balcony for fresh ocean breeze & calming sound. The area is busy on weekends as it’s close to the ocean but if you close the doors, sound levels are acceptable. Location: Safety- visible & multiple police patrols. Able to do 3 mile walk along the coastal road, felt safe. Proximity- to various eating options..from street food to eat-in restaurants. Thins to do- beach, within walking distance a highlight. Loved calm waters in the sheltered areas. San Juan is 1 hr away. Public transportation available but rental car recommended.

Un execelente lugar muy cerca de una hermosa playa!

My family of 5 stayed here and had plenty of space. Everything we needed was provided, including Aloe Vera when my wife got burnt from the sun haha. The place was clean and provided privacy for us. There was plenty of stores and restaurants nearby plus the beach was a short drive away. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This place was a dream come true, the half in half out aspect of the house gave it such a magical feel with the fanciness of having a pool just feet away. The rooms were perfect with one with an amazing view. The coqui close by at night is the cherry on top that makes you know you’re in Puerto Rico. My wife and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be back.

The apartment is beautiful very well decorated the beds are very comfortable. Besides the fact that there’s only AC in each bedrooms all the way in the back of the apartment. It is very hard to cool off living room, kitchen, dining room area or even upstairs but other than that, really no complaints. Sheyla was very helpful with getting us through the gate and also with the power outage of the island.

Host was very responsive through out the entire trip ! I really enjoyed the stay ! Host even provided Beach essentials for the stay ! everything was just amazing felt right at home will definitely book again. !! Best stay i've had
