Enjoy a stay in a 1928 Sears and Roebuck home on a working ranch! Hunters have enjoyed this ranch since there's plenty of room for gear, and a place to clean game. Families love the space and the animals! We are located approximately 30 miles from the J. Clark Salyer Refuge, a bird lovers paradise; and approximately 60 miles from the International Peace Garden. A great space for family gatherings! If you need more space book the basement also, it is listed as the "LayZtee Addition".

This stunning home is located on Garrison Bay (Lake Sakakawea) in the Garrison Creek Subdivision in the heart of walleye fishing and deer/pheasant hunting. Cabin has 3 bedrooms, 3 bath on the main floor, including a huge master suite with a walk-in closet and a shower. There is a beautiful family room and a living room each with a fireplace, so you can cozy up no matter where you are in the house.

We offer a relaxing and homey feel while you recharge after work or a long day of shopping, hunting or just enjoying your time in Minot. The spacious master bedroom downstairs will provide a peaceful area to take a break from everything. The lower level offers another bedroom, full bathroom and a great game room with fireplace. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a full bath, main floor laundry and attached heated double garage.

Outdoor Adventure Home Main Level

Relax with the whole family, for a hunting trip, birdwatching, fishing, hiking, or just to get away. House is located 2 miles north of Lake Audubon, 12 miles east of Garrison, 6 miles from Totten Trail, and 3 miles from boat launches. Canoes for rent, plenty of parking, hunting dogs welcome (please call on other pets.) Dogs must be in a kennel in the house. Dogs not allowed in the beds or on the furniture. Currently some exterior grounds construction. Basement is separate.

Peaceful lake house located 20 minutes SW of Minot, ND. Completely remodeled in 2019 with many of the amenities to make your stay a comfortable one. Incredible lake views and sunsets with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, two bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a twin bunk beds. About 1900 finished square feet and private parking for 8 cars. Very quiet lot with private shoreline.
