This is such a nice place! It was perfect for what we needed. it's very private and quiet. The host obviously takes time to add their personal touch to the place.

Julie is hands down the best host we’ve ever had! My husband, our Weimaraner, and I stayed at her Airbnb for 3 weeks in October. After I returned to Florida, my husband had to go back to PA for work and immediately asked if Julie’s place was available again. She blocked off 3 months for him, even though we could only pay in increments. She added a washer and dryer, which was a huge help with his long work hours. She brought him chili, responded within 10 minutes when he locked himself out, and when he needed to extend his stay, she arranged another Airbnb through her family. She even moved all his food to the new place before he arrived! Julie is so thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely kind. We’re so grateful for her hospitality—truly the best host ever!

We stayed here 3 months while our home was being repaired from smoke damage. Bobbi was wonderful and accommodating to our family and this air bnb was such a huge blessing to our family.

Stayed here from Feb 21-23 for a yearly pool tournament at the VFW. This place was very close to where we needed to be and was the perfect cozy place to stay at. Highly recommend 10/10!

My wife and I booked the entire house to accommodate a weekend with my SIL and her kids. it was a perfect layout since we needed space for two families. The lower unit is a perfect little 1 bedroom efficiency stocked with everything you could need during the stay. the upstairs was a 2 story 3 bedroom home that again contained everything you might need. access to each and between the units was easy to manage and when we closed off the access to the upstairs it felt like our own little space; we almost forgot their was a whole house above us. Nellie and Thomas were great hosts and were very responsive to our inquiries during our stay. The house is in perfect walking distance to downtown Franklin and a short drive to additional restaurants and shopping. the neighborhood is quiet and it feels secluded. the views of the Allegheny river are gorgeous and the lower deck was perfect for sitting out and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. we absolutely look forward to futures stays!

I would strongly recommend staying at Ryan’s place. Feels like home every time. Modern amenities make for a relaxing stay. Ryan is directly involved and close by, which is really nice.

Great place to stay for the price in the area. It would be nice to have a bigger parking area. I drive a F-150 which was a bit a pain to park in the smallish driveway. Beyond that the house was great. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us that stayed there. It was great to have the deck to view the river and is a short walk to restaurants and shops.

Great house, really quiet near the woods and grocery stores aren’t too far away. The host was very communicative and helpful with our stay

A quick trip for a family memorial service and needed a nice place to stay…, got that and an excellent host who helped me extend the reservation by another day!

Mitchell’s Pond was very charming, restful and restorative for our families. We had two families of seven, both with five young children. The kids spent every morning fishing, and swam all afternoon. The ample yard space was great for playing games, and the kids enjoyed catching frogs and watching the many birds return to their nests. The houses are old farm houses, so they are not fancy and shiny, but they were charming and beautiful. The kids are already asking if we can go back next year.

The Carriage House is one of the most peaceful places that we've ever stayed. The Rustic character and decor felt welcoming and comfy. The view of the pond in the morning while listening to the birds and drinking a cup of coffee - unbelievably Zen. We enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi and having a good steam in the Sauna. The quietness was particularly stunning as well. We really felt like we had our own personal Spa for 5 days. I'm from the Knox area and will be staying here from now on whenever we're home for a visit. Our black lab Bella also enjoyed chasing the ball in the big field and going for a swim in the pond as well. Perfect place for a dog! This was our first Airbnb experience and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! Jonie and Ryan were very helpful and the home suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the ample space and beautiful river view!

Definitely one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at. We felt like royalty once inside. The balcony overlooking the river definitely a highlight as well. The lights on the bridge at night. Wow. Thank you Heather! :-) Will be back.

We really enjoyed the privacy and just being able to relax on the swing or the deck. We also had alot of fun riding the gator and hiking the trails in the woods. The interior of the cabin was beautiful, clean, and cozy with lots of amenities. I also enjoyed cooking out on the Blackstone. It was a really nice weekend getaway, and we would definitely like to do it again sometime.
