The cottage is tucked away in silence interrupted only by the faint sound of the distant ocean. It has a spectacular ocean view surrounded by a peaceful pond, incredible sunsets, lots of trees and wildlife. Sits 5 minutes from Bean Hollow Beach and many others minutes away between Half Moon Bay and Santa Cruz. This cottage is safe and private with beautiful outdoor living.

Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

Carmelita Creek House

The creek house is on a beautiful tree lined street, walking distance to downtown San Carlos. The house is a spacious one bedroom cottage with designer finishes and gorgeous vaulted ceilings. You will be surrounded by mature redwoods on the peaceful balcony and one with nature at the fire pit overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, comfortable workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. We live in the main house on the property.

Surrounded by private decks and a fenced yard (hammock, chaise lounges, hot-water outdoor shower, outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ), there are relaxing spots all over the property to chill with a book or hang out with family. Cozy furnished, sound proofed studio with blackout windows, thermal heated flooring, small kitchen, bath & living area. Free high speed internet, security & housekeeping service. Ample street parking and very close to public transportation.
