We had a gorgeous few days at Florence's beach house over the school holidays. It was the perfect base for a friend and I to explore with the kids in tow. Somers is such a hidden gem and Florence's place is well positioned walking distance to the beach and the delightful Sommers General store - great coffee and all the gourmet provisions you need for your stay. Also very easy location to explore other Peninsula highlights such as the Hot Springs and Enchanted Adventure at Arthurs seat! The beach house was gorgeous t come home to- really nicely styled and big bush block and outdoor fire pit were an added bonus. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next trip!

Our hosts had thought of everything from the supply of dog bowls, pristine dog beds and everything else you'd need for your beloved dog. Our dog Ivy was right at home from the moment she arrived. Our family had a wonderful Easter; the room layout suited us with our two adult children and their partners. The outdoor eating space allowed us to socialise in what is effectively the second living space, and the outdoor spa was a real treat after a long day of beach walks and relaxing. All beds were incredibly comfortable, plentiful hot water for showers and an easy walking distance to the beach and Somers General Store.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sea Salt BNB! The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby beach and local attractions. We especially loved the charming decor and the little touches that made our stay extra special. We can’t wait to return for another relaxing escape!

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and we'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Lovely place, very friendly and welcoming hosts. Kids loved the play ground, feeding the animals and catching the Guinea pigs. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the farm. Our son had the holiday of his life. Feeding the animals was amazing, a baby calf was born the night we arrived. He absolutely adored feeding the animals. We paid peak holiday prices- which was a lot for a rustic farm stay. But if you pay the normal rate I’m sure it’s great value for money. Everyone was very friendly and they were very accommodating with our Labrador. Our son is already begging to go back. It would be an amazing holiday stay to go with a big group and stay in the different cabins.

Cosy and comfortable cottage. The kitchen is well equipped and has great views of Westernport Bay and Phillip Island. We had a lovely family weekend despite some rain and were able to make use of the games. And a fifteen minute walk to the beach when it did clear up. Thanks Madeleine for a great stay!

Everything we needed, comfortable bed and the couch was not low and hard to get out of. Delightful location on the balcony with Bellbirds and Fantails. Plenty of secure exploring area for our dog.

The perfect Phillip Island beach house. Plenty of space, very short walk to the beach, great outdoor area for the kids. Lots of games, puzzles, etc for indoor time. Really well equipped kitchen. Clean and just had everything we needed! Brian was an excellent host, great info, very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for more. A great experience. Plus we love this part of the Island, so we’ll be back when we can.

The cottage is so lovely - perfect for us, 2 kids and a dog. Very secure for our dog. Attached to Tasha’s house but very private. Even had a cubby house for the kids. Easy to get to the beach, skate parks and shops (with little kids we did need to drive but definitely walkable if it had just been us). Tasha was very responsive and helpful.

The perfect weekend escape! Superbly ambient cottage, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, beautiful deck and gardens. David was an immaculate host; communicative, full of local knowledge/recommendations and amazingly flexible with check-in/check-out. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Christine was a great host, very fast and friendly with comms, house was clean and nicely set up with everything you need.

Incredibly peaceful surrounds with rolling hills, pond with ducks and access to a tennis court and a basketball ring. The cottage is perfectly basic with a great selection of board games and a TV without Netflix/streaming. We enjoyed sunset on the back porch, games of tennis and the close proximity to beaches and wineries. Thank you Anastasia for sharing this slice of summer paradise

As advertised this is a traditional cottage in a quiet location near the beach. It was very well appointed with all the kitchen gear you needed to cook and bbq. Daniel provided more than the basic amenities for cooking which was great. The bathrooms were modern. There were plenty of extra towels. The large deck facing the large backyard was a great feature for relaxing. The yard is fully fenced and our dogs enjoyed their freedom. Neighbours were friendly and welcoming. The cottage is located near some excellent dog beaches, wineries and restaurants. It was a great place to relax for the week.

The cottage is tastefully renovated and well appointed. Two outdoor deck areas afford great additional spaces for relaxed living. The views of Port Phillip from the front deck are stunning. The whole interior is clean and uncluttered. Lovely artwork brightens an otherwise neutral palate.

What a great lil gem in a peaceful space! Super clean (I am a professional cleaner and was impressed!), within walking distance to a dog friendly beach, 8 minute drive to the main shops in Cowes! Thanks for making our holiday stress free, comfortable and enjoyable!

My husband and I stayed over the Easter long weekend and brought our two dogs. The cottage is lovely and very peaceful. Exactly as described and what we expected. Andrea and Werner left some lovely Easter chocolates and some provisions in the fridge for our arrival (bread, eggs, milk, Timtams etc). The kitchen is very well equipped perfect for cooking meals in the evening. We really liked the Lavazza coffee maker and enjoying that first sunrise coffee on the porch with the birds. The beds were comfortable and the whole place very clean. The outdoor shower was also very convenient to avoid traipsing sand through the cottage. Location was lovely, a very short walk to the lookout or down to the beach where we were fortunate to see a penguin!

Shawne's home lived up to a high expectation - a beautiful home with beautiful gardens. Plenty of outdoor spots around the house to enjoy the peaceful surrounds, lot's of entertaining spaces inside as well, and so much natural light and air in the home. The kitchen has everything you could need, complete with butler's pantry. A perfect location just a short drive into wineries as well as down to the beach. As it's in an elevated position, be prepared for slightly cooler temps than the coast at night. A lovely, memorable stay.
