We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brandon's property. Had everything we needed . Grocery store across the street was so convenient. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Just up the road from several key walking areas. It was nice to have the option of the pool and tennis courts. We would stay here again, for sure!

The inside was comfortable and cute! The room was bigger than I expected from the photos! The view is beautiful, I didn’t want to leave it!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. The views from the room were amazing, even better since we caught the snow while we were staying there. We especially loved being able to use the hot tub during the cold weather. Wendy and Greg are very responsive and extremely accommodating. Absolutely recommend staying at their Prescott Log Cabin.

Brandon’s place was clean, neat and tidy. It was easy to get to and accessible to shopping and good eats. He was responsive and provided exhaustive list of recommendations from eating out to outdoor activities. We were able to check off a number of our travel plans using that list. Thank you, Brandon!!

We were a little further from Sedona than we thought we'd be, but the location was great. Having stayed in Sedona before, I preferred the Village of Oak Creek. It had everything we needed and the drive to Sedona was spectacular. The unit was clean and well furnished. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Shower and toilet area in the bathroom was tiny and difficult to navigate. I'm a pretty big guy and that's about the only negative thing I could say about the unit. Plenty of parking and good amenities. Maintenance person (Nathan) was very responsive. If we return to Sedona, we would stay there again. Also, before our arrival, Brandon was in constant communication with us. He provided all kinds of info regarding restaurants and things to do. It was very helpful.

Absolutely loved staying here. So peaceful. Can’t wait to be back in May.

We had a lovely time staying in this penthouse apartment. This place is so cute and so much fun. We were in town for a wedding, but couldn’t wait to get back to this place every night. We played pool and watched movies during our down time. This is my husband’s favorite airbnb to date. Also, the beds are so comfortable! We love firm mattresses and these were just right. Felt like a little oasis. Note: this is located downtown in a major city. Folks who are down on their luck may be nearby. Just treat it like any other city. Mind your business and be alert. I say that out of an abundance of caution, because we were just fine and would love to go back. It was extremely private and I felt very safe knowing I had multiple gates separating me from the world. Note re mobility: Please be aware that there is no elevator. Somehow I missed that part. We were fine but my grandmother would not have been able to make it. Read carefully!

The neighborhood was quiet & private. The house felt like we were right at home we all were abel to watch tv and watch the kids through the massive living room window that was a clear view to the pool.

Wonderful stay with our family and dog! Couldn’t have asked for a cozier place to relax and enjoy the quiet holidays. Enjoyed the morning views and visiting elk as well! Cindy is a wonderful host!

Overall we enjoyed our stay, it’s located in a quiet area and we often saw and heard birds while outside, the inside of the home was well laid out and had great spots to gather and spend time together. There were some general maintenance pieces that I am sharing with the owner but am optimistic they will be taken care of given the care that they took in decorating and furnishing the place!!

Sometimes homes can be hit or miss. This was a home run! Very spacious, accurately described, comfortable, well stocked, easy instructions and more like landing a friend or family home. We had a great stay and our new favorite Prescott home away from home.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. Our 3 dogs felt right at home as soon as they walked inside. The home was clean, tidy and felt comfortable for myself, husband and our daughter. We spent quite a bit of time playing ping-pong and swimming and loved sitting outside listening to the little birds that lived close by. It was peaceful and calm - exactly what our family was looking for. Downtown is very close so you have access to shops, restaurants and the mall. The neighborhood was so quite during the day and night. Gabriel checked in with us and made sure we had everything that we needed during our stay. This was my first experience with booking and Airbnb and I must say, we chose the right place! We all had a great time and thank both Gabriel and Rebecca for allowing us to stay! Our pups say thank you, too!

We loved our stay! The host sent very clear check in instructions. As well as recommendations for local restaurants, shopping, and hiking! Everything was very clean and up to our expectations!

It was apparent that Alice put a lot of thought and work into making her guests comfortable. She was friendly and very responsive to the couple of issues that came up. The home was very clean and well stocked and checkout was easy. Central location was convenient to all the places we visited with family. The decor and patio were especially lovely! King bed was too soft for me, personally, but I was able to sleep on the firmer twin. I’d happily stay here again when returning to the area.

Place is great, super clean, excellent host responded to any questions promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Our family decided to visit Sedona for vacation this year and we chose Thunder Mountain Lookout for our 3-day stay. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The unit is beautiful and spacious, clean and comfortable, and in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. It’s only a couple miles from stunning hiking trails and the main downtown restaurant/shopping area, with plenty of other restaurant options in the immediate vicinity. Brandon was an excellent host as well, he is very friendly and helpful, and provided great recommendations for hiking and eating out. This was one of the best Air BnB’s we’ve ever booked, when we visit Sedona again this is where we’ll stay!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is walking distance or a VERY short drive of practically everything to do in Scottsdale, this is it! The condo was so adorable and so clean, the pool and patio seating were the perfect touch to an amazing place! Kris is an amazing host and was so responsive to help us accommodate a family member whose flight was cancelled for such a small charge - WORTH it! If/when we visit Scottsdale again, we will definitely try to return to this very unit. Thank you so much, Kris!!

Brandon's place was well appointed and very comfortable. The views are breathtaking. The townies are kind and the area is safe and fun. The porch has a gorgeous sunrise view and the perfect spot to sip your coffee and relax. Right in downtown where there are great shops and restaurants. We loved it there and have already recommended Mrs Garcia's (and we are still on vacation). If you are lucky enough to visit Jerome, I would highly recommend Mrs Garcias.

The selling point for us, for this particular unit, was being right in front of the pool, fitness center, and close to laundry! Great location. Also very close to old town Scottsdale! Centrally located to venture around Arizona. The unit itself is exactly as pictured. Looks newly remodeled and modern. (The kitchen cabinets are way too high for this 5’2” grandmother! LOL ) Besides that everything was perfect! The area is quiet and relaxing. I do wish the complex had loungers by pool rather than just chairs. I bought a float for pool, worked great! Unit had everything we needed and beds (esp in master bedroom) were so unbelievably comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! I loved having a tv in the bedroom as well! We would recommend this rental and stay here again! Thanks!

What a pleasure it was for my wife and I to stay at Brandon's. He is a fabulous host with great recommendations for food, hikes, activities, and more. The location is very close to many restaurants which we were able to easily walk to. The condo was as described, and I would happily stay here again.
