Cozy place with a great location. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

omg! such a beautiful place with beautiful hosts. communication was great. Troy had a lot of local recommendations. the property is nothing short of amazing. the studio I stayed in was darling and immaculate. you can open the windows and get a nice cross breeze. at least in the cooler months. there is adequate supplies for cooking a small meal. i needed a couple of things that I needed like foil and the hosts were super quick responding every time I reached out. it was perfect and serene with the wind chime and the sound of the breeze in the trees along with the sounds of the creek. it's perfect for the solo traveler or a couples romantic getaway. I look forward to returning. I feel so blessed.

This condo is perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the listing. Small unit, but didn't feel small. Pool area was very nice. Not a lot nearby in the neighborhood, but very drivable to anywhere in the metro area. Covered parking is included, which is fantastic! Gina was very friendly and responsive.

Very nice, spacious and new apartment with great amenities and location - we loved the pool area! The host was very responsive when we had questions about getting into the complex. Super easy access to the highway and lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Our only suggestion is to offer more seating (such as a bistro table) for mealtimes and to relax on the outdoor patio. Overall a nice place, a minor furniture upgrade would make it great!

I Had An Amazing Experience Here At AVE. The Staff Was Great And Helpful. They Extended My Check-Out Time Due To My Flight Delay. Allowed Me To Stay Over With No Issues. The Place Was So Spacious And Pictures Did No Justice. Just Book And Enjoy. The View Was Amazing, Day Or Night. Saving This In My Favorites Because I Will Be Back. Thank You. ☺️

Truly enjoyed the getaway, as it was just close enough to an event nearby, and still an oasis of calm and beautiful clean design, which is what we love. Would stay there again for sure - great hosts!

Perfect location to experience Sedona and amazing hiking trails! Great place to stay!

Peaceful, comfortable, clean, spacious as pictured. We especially enjoyed cooking our meals and then relaxing in the backyard. It was so nice to have a fenced yard for our dogs to wander and stay safe. Beautiful flowers, trees, lovely song birds. This was the perfect location for us and Jayme was a friendly and responsive host. A wonderful place!

This place is absolutely amazing and it’s like looking back in time. The location is unbeatable and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in a great location with great hosts. They are the best!

This is a pet friendly place but is very clean and you could not tell any pets had been inside. Suzette responded to messages immediately- and gave us clear directions. It was nice to have access to the garage, but we couldn't quite fit our full-size pickup inside. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, we had a nice relaxing stay. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Jurga’s Red Rock Villa! The space was beautifully appointed with a lot of attention to detail put into every area of the house and every object in it. The bed/mattress was comfortable, which is a must after a long day of hiking. The views from every part of the property were breathtaking. We have stayed at several Airbnb’s and this was by far the best! Lastly and most importantly, Jurga was a great (super)host - very responsive, courteous and pro-active in her communication. Highly recommended!

We had an AMAZING stay at Natalie's home. This is one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. The house is beautiful - nicely decorated, ample space, comfortable beds and furniture. The layout of the house is also great for a family - nice, big kitchen, dining room, and living soom. The hot tub is an added bonus with a beautiful view of the red rocks behind the house! The location is so peaceful and quiet - cute neighborhood with amazing views and walkable to great trails. Natalie was truly a superb host - super responsive, proactive, and helpful. She made us feel like her home was our home for our stay :) Our family had an amazing time in Sedona and we will definitely be back!

Great stay at Robins place. The house is stocked with all of the essentials needed for a fun and relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place! The accommodations were perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had full access to all the amenities at the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location couldn't have been better for us! It was just a short distance to the Wildfire Golf Course, which was a huge plus for any golf lovers. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area!

Great location just outside of Sedona which was great for avoiding the traffic during high tourist peak season. The accommodations were wonderful, plenty of space, clean and cozy. The location was also walkable to many restaurants, groceries and more. Host was also very communicative and everything was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend!

Great location. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment was clean, wifi worked great, TV had streaming services. You could hear the upstairs tenants bouncing around the occasional car pass by but nothing that would stop us from going back. Kitchen had what we needed. Really all about location!

We stayed at Michelle's place while we were in town for Arizona Tiki Oasis. We had an excellent experience at the apartment/condo. The space was well-decorated, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We were able to walk to Old Town Scottsdale and get around easily. A few highlights: Michelle added little extras to make our stay comfortable- things like leaving us a couple of AZ beers and a welcome note in the fridge, clear instructions and directions, having extra towels, and just the little things that help when you're on vacation and you don't always have everything with you. The complex had lovely landscaping/plants, which meant seeing lots of birds (that's a plus for me). Every morning, we sat on the front patio and watched quails, mockingbirds, doves, and even a few rabbits on the property. It was very peaceful. We'd stay here again in the future.

Check-in was a breeze, making it a smooth arrival. The entire complex was incredibly peaceful. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully maintained, which gave it a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Everything about our stay felt calm, comfortable, and truly relaxing—just what we needed!
