When booking for 3-4 guests ($45 per person per night after 2nd guest), an additional, smaller room with a double bed and full bath is provided (otherwise blocked). Both rooms have unobstructed views of the Mt. Mansfield slopes and our serene riverfront grounds.

Beautiful lakeside B&B next to bike path with lake access. The Woodside Room has a queen size bed and desk. It shares a full bathroom with one other guestroom. Lake access includes a private beach with chairs, a canoe & kayak. A simple Continental Breakfast is served. Limited kitchen access is available upon request. Historic paneled suite has a double bed as well as an adjoining private study with a single bed, a desk with an office chair, and a fridge. Bedroom includes chairs and a table and fireplace, and opens to the private study and shared bath. Room is furnished with antiques. Lots of outside seating and gardens weather permitting. We are featured yearly on a local garden tour. Breakfast is provided in our gardens or kitchen if desired.

Wise Pines sits on 40 acres of land, complete with walking/hiking trails and a pond to sit by and enjoy. The owners live on property with their dogs, goats & chickens.
