Great place to stay, friendly host

Kathleen is an awesome host and her places are always pristine and super cute and comfy. Highly recommend this listing and really any of Kathleen’s places are a great choice when in Birmingham.

The location is close to everything without any issues with city noise while trying to rest. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The on-site gated parking is a huge benefit, and I felt my car was safe downstairs. A great option if you’re staying in Birmingham.

Cute little efficiency. Sometimes the street outside was pretty filled up with cars but we managed to find street parking most nights. Nicely decorated. Not a good spot to hang clothes so if you have dresses or a suit that’s a little issue. We would stay again. Right next to great restaurants and coffee

Had a little hiccup in the beginning but Kathleen stepped right in and made things right. Property was located mins away from restaurants which made grabbing food easy. The property definitely gave a home feeling, quiet and cozy I can't wait to book with her again.

Though I wasn't there long, it was just what I wanted: a safe place to stay. I would stay here again.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay! It is only about a 10 minute walk to Legacy Arena which was nice!! The airbnb isn’t in the most picturesque area, but the place is gated so I felt safe. I was there for the NCAA womens basketball tournament so I really just went to the arena and the airbnb, so it was perfect for what I was needing. The airbnb was clean and all of the appliances looked brand new. Definitely a place I would stay again for an event at Legacy Arena.

The house was spotless, modern, and comfortable. Located on a good street filled with restaurants.

Location was perfect - convenient & within walking distance to SoHo shops & restaurants. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable and Trey was quick to respond and easy to work with. All-around wonderful experience. We look forward to booking again when visiting family.

Great unit and amenities. Clean, easy to get in and out, and easy check in process.

Trey and Laudan’s place was perfect for my family. They were so prepared with anything we could have needed. Friends of ours booked another unit in the building and it was so lovely for us to sit outside together and chat. Very close driving distance for anything you made need. Trey and Laudan were very responsive and helpful, some of the nicest hosts I’ve encountered!

We enjoyed our two night stay. Everything was very clean and neat. Great place to stay and good location. i recommend a fan or ceiling fan in each room to move the air around.

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

This Airbnb was extremely clean and every comfort was thought of. We were close to Samford and our daughter’s apartment. Joanna was great at communication. We will definitely use this Airbnb again!

Great location close to downtown Birmingham without the hassle of being downtown. We stayed here for UAB graduation and it was easy to get to and from the campus. Everything you need for a family stay.
