Penelope 's place was very stylish, spacious & spotlessly clean. Large comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. As there are others staying in the house there is a bit of noise through the walls but not excessive. Lovely spot overlooking Auckland but away from the craziness!

Really enjoyed staying the place was well setup and a great space to relax in very sunny spot and nice outdoor area. Tim was good on the communication and instructions were clear easy access. Highly recommended.

The house is in the perfect location, close to the beach and shops, nicely appointed, comfy and with great views. We actually endured the tail of an intensive storm and the entire area lost power for 36 hrs (obviously no fault of Jonny's). During this period Jonny, stayed in touch and offered his services and support where possible. Would highly recommend the house and Jonny and would certainly book again.

**JACUZZI LOVERS** this place is for you! Large home, 4 bed, 3 full bath, large fully stocked kitchen, large living room w/ smart TV, large 2-sided 2nd floor balcony with barbeque pit and outdoor furniture, washer/dryer was fast and perfect. This home is secluded from the neighbors, guarenteeing lots of privacy. The balcony jacuzzi was the best: you can set the temp up to 41C (106F) or as low as you want. The jets have a slow mode and a high-pressure mode to maximum massages. The host was amazing, and the communication replies were fast. The rental is a little pricey, but split among multiple adults, it's the best bang for your buck. I will reserve this home again on my next trip to Waiheke Island.

We had a wonderful stay at Sue’s place! The location is perfect if you have a car, as it’s in a beautiful and quiet area while still being convenient for exploring. The property itself is stunning, with gorgeous gardens visible from every window, making for a truly peaceful and relaxing stay. Everything was just perfect—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature, this is the ideal spot. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation. Very comfortable. Lovely furnishings including comfortable bed. Very private. Nice views and surrounds. Husband enjoyed access to sky sport :) didn’t get to meet Chris as there was no need however his communication was excellent and he was highly responsive. Easy to follow all instructions. Great activities nearby. Would definitely recommend calling into Allpress for a tasting of their olive oils and other excellent products. Can also highly recommend the roadside crêperie in Oneroa.

loved at stay at Loretta's, very spacious more room than expected, very clean and uncluttered, very responsive host, great spot, quiet and felt safe. modern houses around. perfect location for us. Thanks Candy, we had an awesome stay! Our friends were getting married down the road and this was the perfect location. Candy was in contact making our check in seamless and convenient. The accommodation was beautiful and clean. Candy has clearly gone out of her way to provide more than what is expected, we felt very spoilt and catered for. We highly recommend!
