Un entorno encantador y una casa acogedora y hermosa, donde uno se siente verdaderamente como en casa. Cercana a todo, con acceso fácil y conveniente. La atención brindada por la encargada y la administradora fue excepcional en todo momento. Su calidez, amabilidad y disposición para atender cualquier necesidad hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable.

Tuvimos problemas un poco para el ingreso por que íbamos en carros separados con mis familiares por las normas de la residencial , pero se movieron rápido y nos ayudaron sin tema lo demás súper bien limpio , buena ubicación todo muy tranquilo

Excelente estadía en Antigua Guatemala, somos una familia grande con una persona de la tercera edad, ella logró poder moverse en el espacio y poder tener independencia, La ubicación es ideal para tener acceso vehicular, la entrada y salida es sencilla. Espacio vehicular amplio para varios vehículos. Estamos tan felices que ya hicimos otra reservación con la anfitrión Paula, gracias por todo. 🌼🌼🌼🌼

Sofia was very responsive and gave us detailed instructions, which made it easy to check in. There is additional paid parking across the street which made it easy for the additional car to park. The place is beautiful and within 15 minutes from the main park. There are lots of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Overall loved our stay there!

I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment was bigger than expected. The only issue is the noise, you can hear from other apartments or outside. But its totally worth it, it was great!

Great spot to stay in the Capital. Me and my wife were able to locate the unit with no issues. Location is great since it was walkable to all the nice malls and restaurants in zone 10. The building is connected to the clarion hotel and to about 5 restaurants on the first floor. We walked to the Oakland mall and other nice shopping plazas with no issue. I would recommend this condo for anyone who is spending a couple of days in the capital or for a night before their flight.

Pasamos un increible tiempo en familia, agradecemos la limpieza y la belleza del lugar, tranquilo, encantador y seguro. Sus mascotas estaran seguras, las hamacas son un plus, la cocina muy completa, seguro recomiendo y volveré a Visitar, Rayito se quedo en nuestro corazón. Excelente lugar, pasamos unos días muy agradables, la terraza nos gustó mucho por la vista y el tener 3 baños fue muy útil. Está un poco retirado del centro pero es una distancia caminable y estuvo bien para la temporada

Bonito, comodo, silencioso, como observacion se puede mejorar la limpieza de sabanas y jacuzzi

We had a great time staying at Carlos' house. The place is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the open concept and two yards. The location for us was great because it was close enough to walk, but far enough to be able to sleep through the night during holy week festivities. The beds were really comfortable and loved sleeping on them. The decor and furniture in the house was nice, comfortable and clean. The internet connection was great for me to work on without issues. The house vibe screams Antigua! We loved staying here and will definitely be looking at coming back.

Disfrutamos la cabaña familiar, pasamos un finde relax con un entorno hermoso y vistas al cerro cucurucho y volcán de agua. Hicimos fogata y aprovechamos visitar parte de la fábrica de Tierra & Lava porque nos encantan sus productos. Nos sentimos como en casa, nos encantará volver.

Don Rafita es una persona muy especial le ayuda a uno, no me sentí como huésped sino como un amigo me ayudó en muchas cosas muy servicial excelente espacio
