A maxi taxi stop is right in front of the bulding and the next bus station is reached within 5 minutes walking. We provide high speed wireless internet and also access to an Netflix account.

În apropiere sunt supermarketele "Linela", "Nr.1", grădina botanică, parcul zoologic si oprire de troleibuz și autobuze în toate direcțiile. Blocul este construit cu 9 etaje si dispune de interfon. Cu regret blocul nu dispune de parcare amenajată și nu dispune de ascensor.
