Ovaj moderni smještaj površine 100m2 savršen je odabir za četiri osobe. Sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, kupaonom s kadom i tuš kabinom, wc-om, dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom s blagovaonom te terasom od 11m2. Stan je u potkrovlju obiteljske kuće te je moderno uređen. U sklopu smještaja dolazi veliki TV s Playstation-om 4, četiri klima uređaja, perilicom posuđa, perilicom rublja, indukcijskom pločom, pećnicom te frižiderom side-by-side, parkingom te grill-om u sklopu dvorišta.

Die Wohnung ist neu gebaut und ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es ist möglich, für Menschen mit Behinderungen zuzugreifen.

Our house is located in the peaceful part of Dramalj, near the main road Jadranska magistrala, what makes it very easy to find. Also, the uninterrupted beautiful sea view, which you can enjoy from our apartment and every corner of the garden and terraces, will transfer you to a vacation mode ASAP. Nearest beachs (rocks/pebbles, larger rock fragments ) are only 10-15minutes walk from the house, but, return could take a bit longer up hill :). There is a parking lot close to the beach also.

This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 10 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. There is alot of room for parking and its just a few meters from the apartment.

Im Erdgeschoss ist das Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen und die Innenküche, die vollständig und hochwertig eingerichtet ist. Die gesamte Villa ist klimatisiert/beheizt. Es gibt einen überdachten schattigen Innenhof (60m² ) mit Außenküche und offenen Grillkamin, der auch motorbetrieben Spanferkel drehen kann.
