Smještaj se nalazi u selu Pošćenski Kraj, u zoni NP Durmitor koji je na UNESCO Listi. Preciznije, "Koliba" se nalazi u samom podnožju Durmitora- Savinog kuka. Sa druge strane, objekat je veoma dostupan, asfaltnim putem,dolazi se nadomak smještaja. Sami objekat, bio je tradicionalna koliba u kojoj je decenijama unazad porodica domaćina boravila u ljetnjim mjesecima, kada je ujedno služio i za proizvodnju sira i skorupa. Renoviran i predstavlja udobnu oazu, koja je spoj tradicionalnog i modernog.

This is equipped for a stay of maximum 4 people and offers one king sized bed (which can be easily divided into two single beds) and a sofa bed. It's new studio apartment with wood & stone details. It has space for sleeping (double-bed), kitchen, space for eating, bathroom. It's far from city center 3 minutes by foot. Apartment is on ground floor of the house. Also guests have its private entrance and parking. It's set in quiet part of town.
