Perfect location for a couples getaway. We loved the close distance to the beach and great view from the balcony. We were having such a great time that we requested an extra night. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be accommodated. We would definitely come back!

Scott gave all the instruction up front so I didn’t need anything else from him. On the host’s end it was a great experience. Loved that we were footsteps from the beach and had an oceanfront view. The only possible con about the room was that getting into the shower was a literal climb over a ledge that was about 15 inches wide. Not a big deal unless you have a mobility limitation. While the resort itself could use more cleaning of public areas such as hallways and elevators, our room was so nice and clean. Not one insect, even with doors opening to outside! That was my main concern. I used the large fitness center. and it had several machines and weights, also a great sunrise ocean view. The resort staff made check-in and check-out super easy. If you use the parking garage… it’s not intended for minivans or SUV’s, but overflow parking is just across the street in a lot. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.

The condo was great and spacious. Excellent views and close to everything. Scott was very helpful and responsive! Will definitely come back!

What an amazing place! It's in a great location that's super close to a lot of good places. It's right on the beach and makes the vacation so easy just stepping outside and the beach is right there. They were so easy to work with and that made my trip even easier! Thank you again!

great location, beautiful ocean front. everything you need in a clean comfortable sized room. the mini kitchen ,king bed and balcony are great. we brought our own coffee for the coffee maker. small toilet area but nice big tub/shower. it was not a jetted tub though as described. check out the Rival bar on the 7th floor good food/drinks very convenient. we did not get a chance to check out the pool due to covid shut down. nice wide,clean beach. check out watermans grill,rudees,the king neptune statue. bikes and 2/4 person surreys to rent and ride on the boardwalk. fishing pier. short drive to sandbridge beach also if you want more of a tropical beach area for a day visit. everyone was friendly. highly recommend. we got a great price through Scott and air bnb.

Great place and location. It’s not the Fountain Blu in Miami. lol . But it’s nice enough! Great views. Clean building and suite. Comfortable beds , That’s the main thing

Scott was very helpful by helping us book within a day of having to stay! He gave very helpful instructions for check in and made sure to let us know if we needed anything else that we could reach out to him. I would definitely recommend staying with Scott!

Beautiful view of the beach, pleasant staff at resort, clean kitchen and pleasant decor. Might need a mattress pad for the pull out sofa, its quite hard. Would stay here again.

Absolutely would stay again fresh bean brew clean pooln hot tub clean and spacious.

My family and I have stayed at the Barclay Towers in the past only this time we ran into a snafu when I booked the wrong dates! Jessica was able to secure me a beautiful room for the dates I wanted with ease! I am so grateful, and we will definitely be back!

Our first experience with an AIR BNB was amazing, thanks to Jessica! Her communication was beyond wonderful! The room rented fulfilled everything that was promised and when a concern arose early on she gave the best advice on how to handle the situation. If/when given the opportunity to work/rent from her again I strongly look forward to doing so!

My family loved it here! This was a very nice place to stay right on the beach. We will definitely stay again.

Rooms were nice, somewhat dated in decor but pleasant. Smaller in person that it appears is photos. Location good as not in the super crowded part of town. Pool area somewhat small for volume of people. Beach is great. AC unit in the larger unit malfunctioned but they came immediately and replaced it! Impressed with the maintenance staff!

Everything went as smooth as expected. It was clean centrally, located, and easy to find . We have already discussed going back in the future. Jessica was friendly and easy to contact when needed, and very responsive. At this location, the staff was amazing. Desmond works at the front desk and gave us an amazing suggestion for dinner and Quinn also works at the front gave me a suggestion for breakfast. Both were amazing and we ended up eating dinner at the restaurant five nights while we were there I believe it was called 21st Street Seafood Company.
