Great place and location. I repeat - the location is incredibly convenient, there are exits to various transport systems from where you can easily get to any point you need. Everything was clean at home, there were all the necessary things, the owner kindly answered all our questions. It was a little chilly when we first moved in, but this was quickly resolved with the help of a thermostat, after that the apartment became warm. We are very glad that we chose this apartment

Definitely the cleanest Airbnb apartment we've had so far. If you are particularly sensitive to cleanliness, you will be at peace with this accommodation. Good location, and Milena was very friendly and responsive. She even helped us with the laundry! Plenty of parks nearby, which is good if you come with children. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport, and a tiny market nearby...

Mr.Ratko’s penthouse is right in the center of the city, bus stop is riight there,so convenient to look around the city. The penthouse is very bright and sunny it’s nice to see the city at the balcony.We’re so impressed about Beograd’s public transport is all free to everyone!!!! Mr. Ratko is very responsive, so easy to communicate and very kind We’re taking night train to go to Bar, which leaves at 8pm. He allowed us to stay at the flat till late afternoon We really appreciated so,so much.

Boravak u apartmanu je bio izuzetno prijatan, sa svim što nam je bilo potrebno. Lokacija je izuzetna! Blizina centra grada, tržnih centara, keja, i za one koji dolaze vozilom, blizina priključenja na auto-put. Takodje, parking u garaži je veliki plus. Sam apartman je veoma komforan, čist i moderno uređen. Sledeći naš boravak u Novom Sadu će zasigurno biti u ovom istom apartmanu, ukoliko bude dostupan za rezervaciju

Excellent; this is a new build which you cannot yet see on Google Earth Street View. There is a nice coffee shop on the corner and a small grocery shop just a few yards away on the adjacent street. A supermarket with everything you need, no more than 10 mins walk. There is a wheelchair ramp and the entrance door to the flat is wide enough for that. It is about a 12 to 15 minute walk maximum to the main tourist centre. The flat is spotless with all the necessary cooking utensils, cleaning items etc, including towels. The bed was comfortable and the flat was warm. Check in and check out was smooth and Vladimir kindly registered me with the police which is why I am still free to write this review! The reason Vladimir has been given superhost status is obvious to me.

Stayed here several times, everytime felt comfortable and peaceful, everything in apartment clean and just like in the pictures , they have easy and safe access, looking forward come again...

Stayed here for several weeks, great place overall! The host is very nice and friendly. The location is actually very good, quiet, green trees, the view is on the inner side of the street (so no noise from cars). The flat has all the necessary amendments and a workplace. Very easy to check-in and out. 5/5

I booked this place for my parents. They had a great stay in Belgrade! Milanka was very friendly and welcoming — she made them feel right at home. The apartment was spacious and calm, perfect for group of four. It wasn’t very sunny inside, but it was clean, tidy, and comfortable. A lovely bonus: they got to taste some rakija, which added a nice local touch to the overall experience! :)

Goed onderhouden appartement met lift. Alles op loopafstand met de bakker, stad en supermarkt om de hoek. Aardige host. Zeker de moeite waard om te boeken!

Awesome modern and clean apartments and a very kind host. Perfect location - grocery stores are 2-3 mins away walking, as well as a few nice restaurants. A quite street and close to the old city center. Jakuzzi in the apartments is great. It's very big, modern, with soft materials for head. The only caveat is that we had to boil a few batches of water in the pots to fill it up, because just water from water boiler isn't enough 😅 otherwise everything's great!

Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Es war sauber und toll gelegen, auch die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Für ein paar Tage zu zweit in Belgrad ist die Unterkunft gut geeignet.

Top Location im Zentrum von Belgrad. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Badewanne welche ich nach dem Belgrader Mararhon gefüllt hatte 😀 Bei Regen wird es nachts ein wenig laut durch tropfendes Wasser im Aussenbereich. Das war aber auch der einzige Minuspunkt.

The location was very good, we walked everywhere and the house was very clean and tidy. Marco's brother Milos helped us a lot with the transfer service. When I come here again, I will stay in this house again.

A nice place to stay in Novisad. Marina's place is 10 mins from the bus station and the city centre by foot. The place is perfect for a solo or a couple. the balcony is a added bonus to enjoy a coffee or a drink. I would definitely come back and recommend it to other travellers. Only to bear in mind that it's on the fifth floor without the elevator so may be not ideal for some people.
