Belgrade story

The apartment is full renovated a few months ago and everything is brand new. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and one big sofa bed in the living room. All in discreet led light. In the kitchen you can enjoy a modern flat-screen cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large bar table. The bathroom is glazed with marble ceramics, it is very compact and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, hygiene sets.

U neposrednoj blizini postoji pekara, prodavnica prehrambene robe, Mc Donalds, fast-food, bankomat, i sve to radi 24 sata svaki dan u sedmici. Tu su restorani i kafeterija. Apartman je na raskrsnici javnih autobuskih linija. Sa aerodroma je broj 72. Mogucnost koriscenja bicikle, posto je lokacija apartmana pored biciklistickih staza.

My guests will be checked in online at the police station. Apartment is within a walking distance to the city centre (2 km to Saint Marks Church) and is well connected with trams. Nearby is a market, bakeries, rastaurants. The main street called Bulevar kralja Aleksandra is very famous street with lots of shops, cafes and historical buildings. My apartment is in an old building, on the 3. floor (by serbian standards high ground floor is uncountable), no elevator.

We are located in the very center of the city just between the pedestrian walking area and the Danube River embankment, which are not more than 3 minutes ' walk away. There are numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, as well as currency exchange offices, supermarkets and convenience stores. Public parking near the house (150 м) 95 dinars or 0.80 euro \ day. Paid by us.

We designed and handcrafted this place with "less is more" spirit. Our intention was to create the sense of a shelter and a retreat. Tiny and cozy, this studio apartment is located in about ten minutes walk from the main city square, the riverside and Savamala, one of the main nightlife districts. The flats neighborhood provides a laundromat, ATM, bakery, craft-shops as well as supermarkets, pharmacy and fast food.

Our place is very comfortable, modern furnished, renovated apartment. It consists of one larger room, a functional kitchen, a modern bathroom and a spacious terrace that has a beautiful view of the peaceful surroundings. It's located in the wider center of Novi Sad, at a distance of about 15-20 minutes of easy walking from almost all sights in the city.
