This sunny, north facing, spacious one bedroom self-contained apartment has expansive views over the Hauraki Gulf and is located on the lower level of our house. Sleeps 4. The private entrance has a lockable gate, safe and easy off-street parking on site. Laze by the pool, hit the beach, take a walk along the stunning coastline. 100mtrs to the shops with everything you need, come and relax at our place. Children welcome.

Bright sunny, warm rooms, located downstairs in our family home. It has a lounge with a Queen sofa bed, dining room table, full size fridge/freezer, your own private bathroom and a separate queen bedroom with kitchenette. There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks.
