Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Waikanae Beach

Our group of grandparents (visiting from Canada), parents and 2 children aged 6 and 2 enjoyed our Easter weekend stay. The kitchen was well equipped for all our food prep; bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and clean; there were DVDs of cartoons that the adults all remember, as well as some movies. The adults enjoyed playing table tennis, and the sleepout was a good place to store bicycles. Proximity to the excellent playground, the beach and the estuary were big pluses. The enclosed yard was also helpful for keeping the children safe. And wine and chocolates were a pleasant welcoming gift. Thanks so much for sharing your attractive and comfortable bach.

Siammone’s property was in a great location to walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The road is not busy and there is plenty of parking. The house is clean, tidy and homelike with everything you need. The fire was wonderful and made it cozy when cooler. Siammone is a perfect host - very helpful in all ways including supplying anything we needed, providing flexibility and extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you ! I highly recommend this wonderful place and it suited our family with small children.

Martin is likely the best AirBnB host we have ever had. The home was a heritage home built in 1900, with so many special features including stained glass, interesting architecture, wood doors and beautiful antique furnishings. The home was much larger than expected and we felt right at home!

Our stay for the last weekend of the school holidays was PERFECT im glad we made the trip to Ōtaki for a family reunion we enjoyed our stay so much we hope to return again the fire made the place so cosy when you could sit around it with the beach in your view there was lots of space, games were a hit for the kids although we didnt spend most of our time soaking up the beautiful surroundings we had a great experiences, it didnt end there waking up and having the beautiful beach right there was an absolute bonus from sunset to sunrise was stunning!!!

Cindy's whare was the perfect place to host a house of kaumātua. It was clean, pristine, the kitchen had everything to prepare meals. We were thankful for the neighbours too as they reminded us about rubbish/recycling day in and amongst a busy film festival schedule. A beautiful spot.

Beautiful house with amazing views. Fully equipped kitchen, with loads of extra supplies. The beds were so comfortable and the spa was superb. Thanks Scott, I would love to come and stay again.

This was a return visit to this simple peaceful place. We love the views and the whole experience, with everything we need for a cosy relaxing stay. This time we explored the area a little and found some lovely walks and cafes. We will be back soon. James and Emma made us feel very welcome with honey from their bees and lovely cumfy beds and linen. And very special to be able to bring our sweet dog too. Many thanks ☺️

Great neighbourhood and location. The house was comfortable and quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Easy access to the city. Great fire for cold nights!

Amazing Amazing and Amazing! To wake up to this view was out of this world! Then having the awesome access to the beach. Everything you require is at the house….may be a little more expensive than some of the other Kapiti properties. But it is worth every penny! Thanks Julie and Kelly (the very helpful site Manager)

This place was fantastic – clean, well presented, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great social gathering. It had a welcoming vibe and made our stay super easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

Nessa and Stefan were the besthosts! They made us feel welcome, comfortable as soon as we arrived. We actually took up an offer to stay in their beautiful home in Belmont as the Boulcott home was given to a couple who booked and needed to extend their stay. I highly recommend a stay with them or in their Boulcott property as they go out of their way to provide the perfect stay in immaculate and comfortable surroundings. Stefan’s coffee and home made honey and breakfast cereals were exceptional! A 10/10 stay with 10/10 hosts! Thank you for your hospitality and friendly conversations. All the best.

Nice to have continental breakfast available so we didn't need to buy milk etc. Lovely to have fresh coffee with coffee beans provided. Large outside areas where we could sit in different locations. Umbrellas provided for unexpected rain. Lovely pussy cat in residence. Lots of DVds and games to choose from. Thank you
