Great location. Clean and tidy with good facilities. Single beds were a bit hard for adults but fine for children.

This place was perfect for my family and I for just over a week. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating the place was lovely private well presented and very clean. We love the location near the beach and my daughter especially loved the horses. Highly recommended, we look forward to staying here again.

Tony’s place was perfect for us and our dog, except when our dog locked us out and Tony kindly came to the rescue. Lovely place to stay for anybody visiting beautiful Ohoka and its surrounds.

Such a wonderful stay! I stayed for work and wanted a relaxing place that felt like home away from home - it was exactly like that. With the colder nights, it was very cosy with the fire on. Eggs from the resident chooks and beautiful bread were the icing on the cake. Thank you so much!

Such a quiet, peaceful and beautiful place to stay in. The host was very responsive and the the cottage was clean and so comfortable to stay in. It truly felt like home away from home for our family during the whole weekend. We would definitely stay there again for some rest and relaxation in the future!

Love being fully immersed in the 80's/retro interior design aspects and the thought taken to provide a fun getaway for all ages. The outdoor activities are designed to keep everyone occupied for hours. Great out of the box accomodation option!

Really lovey stay. The perfect place for the occasion and a simple check-in check-out experience. Feels like a country cottage despite being on the main stretch in Amberly. Traffic noise is almost non-existent thanks to the layout of the house and the high wooden fence. The garden is fantastic too and we all wish we’d had more time to enjoy the place. Great local recommendations for food and drink too. Have already recommended to others who may be in the area in future. Thank you!

This was the last place we stayed on a two week holiday and I was hoping I had saved the best until last. I did!! This place was everything I hoped it would be. With extras like full pantry of things if you needed them. We enjoyed every minute of our time here. If you just want to get away from the world and enjoy peace and beautiful views this is the place, even the toilet has a view. Oxford town with nice cafes and small supermarket is just 10mins drive away but you feel there is not another living soul for miles. The night sky is breath taking.
