A beautiful fully self contained 2 bedroom holiday home in the charming historic village of St Bathans, Central Otago. Built using the traditional method of mud brick with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in the first bedroom and 1 three quarter bed or small double in the second bedroom) and a sofa in the lounge that converts to a small double bed. We are close to local shop, village pub, cafe, park (inc children play area), museum, information centre, tennis courts, Naseby Forest Recreation Area, swimming dam. Don't forget Naseby as a fantastic dark skies location!!

The School House @ The Old Naseby School House

Yes, this is really The Old Naseby School House. This 2 bedroom house sleeps up to 7 people. A king room with ensuite, a second bedroom with 3 single beds, and the option of a double sofa bed in the lounge area. All beds have electric blankets. Full kitchen. Second bathroom with washing machine. The living area is heated by a heat pump. Outside is a verandah to BBQ & relax & enjoy the outdoor area.

Quail Cottage

Great in all weather, a cosy lounge that has a large log burner, Heat pump plus heat transfer. Brand new decking at the front and back of this home will allow you to sit back relax and smell the country air. The section has plenty of room for outdoor living while keeping an eye on the kids. Short stroll to the famous Gilchrist Store, Central Otago Rail Trail and local tavern.

This self contained 2 bedroom home is a great place if you want a space to yourself. Ranfurly is a small country town in Central Otago, and is a perfect spot to stay for activities like winter sports, cycling the Rail Trail, fishing the numerous dams and rivers, exploring the tracks and conservation areas by motorbike or 4wd or just a spot for a quiet, relaxing time.
