Panoramic views of sea, 1 min walk to the beach, surf, kayak, hike Mt Taranaki or bike the Coastal Walkway. 3 min to playground. Master Bedroom with ensuite upstairs. Well equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, TV, Netflix and free wifi. 15-20 mins from New Plymouth. 10 minutes from Airport. 40 mins from White Cliffs Walk, 15 mins to Pukekura Park Festival of the Lights. 35mins to Mt Taranaki. Some book for 1 guest and show up with 6. So we check our door camera. Please be honest.

This is a lovely 1 Bedroom private apartment with its own ensuite bathroom, kitchen and lounge area. The apartment opens out onto a patio via a double sliding ranch slider to maximise the indoor outdoor flow. There is also a heat pump for your comfort. It is a short walk to Ngamotu golf club, 3 minutes down to the Valley shopping centre and 5 minutes to the CBD. The famous walkway is at the end of the street where you will get some great shots of the mountain through the Te Rewa Rewa bridge.

Spacious dining inside & out. Kitchen/bathroom well equipped & clean. Like to share flowers & produce from the garden when available. We love people & sharing our local knowledge. Quiet, comfortable, clean, warm, double glazed, the perfect getaway. Easy access to shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars, pools and beach. Only a short 15-minute drive to New Plymouth to explore what New Plymouth has to offer. The most comfortable beds made up to suit your stay. I have found that some will book for 2 guests and arrive with more. This has forced the installation of a outside camera. Please be honest when making your booking. There are no cameras inside the house.
