I visited this place at the beginning of December and had such an amazing time that I brought my family back three weeks later. They also had a great time and are looking forward to returning. This house truly has everything thing you will need. Just bring your clothes! I would like to thank Kenneth for addressing my concern about the ice in my last review. This time the house had salt prepared. Thankfully, it wasn't needed! I look forward to returning.

A peaceful and quiet place for a restful get away…one of the most beautiful views on Smith Lake. Lynn was very responsive and provided all information needed prior to check-in.

Amazing house, view, and quality. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The appliances and theme of the entire house were beautiful. Everything was neat and clean. Also stocked with life jackets which was awesome. The only complaint I have is that the pictures make it appear that there are two different sets of bunk beds, but there is only one set. Great stay overall though!

Jacob’s place was absolutely amazing. For a last minute decision to take a trip to the lake to meet up with a couple friends and escape away from our busy everyday life! Jacob’s place on the lake was 10000% very much what we needed! Everything we all needed to relax and have a good time. Fishing off the two story floating dock! To enjoying an early morning kayak that brought such a calming and soothing feeling to start off the day. All the way to big screen Roku tv perfect for getting cozy and watching Netflix movies right before hitting the comfortable beds! And not to mention the HOT TUB we all got to enjoy while watching some of our favorite music videos on YouTube on the tv while soaking up the massaging jets to relieve some tension and aches of our body from the jets! I am beyond happy with our stay here at Jacob’s place. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer even. But for now time to get back to our busy everyday life. But rest assured. We WILL be visiting again sometime! 😊😊😊

Great views in a quiet section of the lake and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Joseph was very responsive and accommodating.

Michelle was super responsive. We booked last minute and she went out of her way to decorate for Christmas even. House was amazing. Well stocked and felt very much at home. We enjoyed watching boats zoom by too. Thank you for a great stay!!!!

This was such a beautiful place! The view was amazing and the house was clean, comfortable, and peaceful! The kitchen was well stocked. The fire pit was perfect with east access to the fire wood. I can’t say enough positivity! Simply a perfect stay!

Condo needs updating and some maintenance but it was a great stay Loved the ground floor for easy access. The condo was very clean Easy checkout.
