This stylish place to stay is perfect for getaways and people passing through who need an overnight stay to break up the journey. The unit has a kitchenette equipped with a 1 Burner Ceramic Cooktop, Convection Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee Machine/Milk Frother and Ice Cube Machine. Supplied is complimentary tea and coffee also. Shampoo/Conditioner and bath soaps and Towels are also included. The coffee table does also convert to a table for dining. Instructions are in the welcome pack.

Little Finchley (small B&B unit) - pet-friendly

Best suited to solo/couple, smaller of our 2 listed units (ref also Finchley BnB listing larger altern). Picturesque. Fully fenced rural site 2 mins from Princes Hwy, 20-25 minutes to Jervis Bay beaches, walks, villages, great views, shopping and dining. Small (no kitchen) but well equipped, incl separate bedroom, full bathroom (NB: SHOWER OVER BATH), compact sitting room, secure gated deck, lawn, al fresco setting, BBQ. Cont breakfast items provided for guests to prepare at their convenience.

Japanese Studio Fitzroy Falls

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. Beautiful Moroccan feel to this unique and comfortable studio space ,which is set in the small , lush ,creative ,food plentiful garden of the main house ,which was a 1850's haberdashery. Situated right in the centre of the Milton township and easy walking of restaurants and shopping .Great beaches and walks to discover are only a 10 min drive .Please note that the walkway is a little uneven and could be a problem for people with mobility issues. Erowal Cottage at Jervis Bay

Cool, very spacious and super relaxed retro style cottage. Filled with travel treasures mixed with funky and functional retro stuff. A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. The cottage is set amid towering gums and surrounded by a tropical, edible garden, with an emphasis on permaculture principles, including worm farms and frog ponds. Fully self contained and stand alone building, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.
