Very nice house in a quiet leafy suburb. Close to shops and the river. Small but refreshing swimming pool. Everything we needed was there.

We loved our stay and hope to return in the future! Suz is an absolute fabulous host. Highly recommend! Views are spectacular, home is beautiful and so comfortable. Kids loved it, particularly the chickens. We fell in love with Donald the chicken! Thank you.

If we could give this Airbnb 6 stars, we would. Nestled in a very peaceful part of Brisbane and right near Lone Pine, Barry and Lynn provide one of the nicest stays you could hope for. As hosts, they are both very friendly and helpful and ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious. We found it to be very well stocked with anything you could possibly need, even more than our own home! I'd you're planning to be in or near this area, we cannot recommend Barry & Lynn's place any more.

A fantastic setting for families after a long week of travel. Queens park at the end of the street, farmers markets on Saturday and Cobb & Co museum all within a few minutes walk. The pool was a huge hit and plenty of room for us to spread out. We loved our stay and wish it could have been for longer.

This place was so enjoyable. Originally built in the 60’s (?) I was thoroughly impressed with how the whole house was built for the express purpose of hosting large groups. We were 5 siblings and partners celebrating together our mums 90th birthday. We loved the many different living/dining and entertainment areas and had the most enjoyable time especially on the Friday night in the separate movie theatre/media/bar building adjacent to the main house. We played pool, danced, sang, laughed lots and just enjoyed being together. The whole weekend was unforgettable and we’re so glad we found this place. An added treat was getting to see a couple of local wallabies grazing outside over the weekend. Thank you to the hosts for a great venue….We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it !

We enjoyed our couple of days at Heather's place. The house is very spacious and homely and the pool would be great in summer. The location is beautiful and we loved meeting the animals. Heather was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a delightful two days at this beautiful home. It really was a home away from home, and the attention to detail was superb. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well supplied (not that we cooked as we had too much on with a wedding!), the verandah was charming and the decor was beautiful. We even had flowers ! This accommodation really put the cherry on the top for us during an already wonderful week. It really was a tonic to arrive here and it was honestly even more lovely than the photos and way over- exceeded our expectations. Verity was also very kind and friendly and gave us advice on what was open.

Perfect for our family. Joy is warm and welcoming host, who communicates in a timely manner.

If you are looking for an airbnb with beautiful surroundings and privacy, this is the place to go. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with essentials. Bathroom had a nice big bathtub, and two mirrors perfect for multiple people staying. Lastly, the most defining feature other than the beautiful surroundings and privacy, is the bedroom. The bed alone was well worth the stay as it was comfy. Nick and Debbie were amazing hosts as they were responsive, and reached out throughout and before the stay to ensure everything was perfect . Great stay, would come back in future. Thanks Nick and Debbie!

Great place to stay, Kemp was a great responsive host and also allowed me to extend my stay on very late notice. The only 1 thing I found wrong is that there was no freezer in the house to store my frozen goods, other then that a great stay.

We came to Toowoomba from Brisbane for a wedding and stayed here for one night. It was lovely! A cosy lodge across from a park and within easy reach of cafes and restaurants. The 4 adults that stayed all said how great of an experience it was and that next time we are in Toowoomba, we would stay again.

Beautiful countryside, it was so peaceful, so private, we all felt at home. We definitely felt sad leaving the place as we enjoyed our 2 nights stay. For the host, she was such a gem of a person. Very responsive and helpful. It was so awesome to deal with her. We will surely come back Sandy, we loved everything about our stay. Thank you Sandy from all of us

We attended a family event which was very close. Jo-Anne's home gave us a little independence while being very comfortable and close to a major shopping centre for all the extras we wanted. The house was beautifully presented and cosy. We genuinely appreciated the basic groceries that were there when we arrived which meant we didn't need to do a mad dash for the shops after having driven 10hrs. What an amazing place to stay beautifully renovated Queenslander, with large veranda front and back and a beautiful big yard for our dogs to run around very safe and secure, the house itself inside is very homely, I was quite surprised how warm the house was, it has a fireplace but the gas heater was all we needed,the bed was so comfortable . Emma our host was very helpful and friendly, Queens Park was only a short walk up the road and we found an amazing bakery just around the corner The bakers Duck , we’ll definitely be back

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is situated on a beautiful plot of land, providing a peaceful and scenic environment that made our visit even more special. Simon was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the whole experience seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Belle maison sur 3 étages composée de 4 chambres (1 rez-de-chaussée avec 2 lits séparés, 2 chambres au niveau salon, cuisine, 1 chambre au dernier étage); Grande cuisine bien équipée, salon, pièce télévision, salle à manger et grande terrasse avec barbecue. un grand garage est également à disposition. Emplacement au calme, endroit très paisible et entouré par la nature, vraiment idéal pour un séjour reposant. Nécessité d'être véhiculé pour rejoindre commerces et centre-ville (15-20 mn) mais facile de se repérer. Je recommande à 100 % ce logement qui peut accueillir 4 couples, adresse que je conserve en cas de futurs éventuels séjours sur Brisbane (nous sommes restés 6 jours à 6 personnes) Jacques

We absolutely loved our accommodation. The location being opposite Gabbinbah Homestead for our son’s wedding was just perfect. It was beautifully decorated and felt like home away from home.

It was like coming home. Our kids had a wonderful time, so much so they didn’t want to leave. The house was comfortable and spacious for a large family. The ensuite has a beautiful waterfall shower that was so relaxing for mum and fun for the kids. The house is central to everything and communication from everyone was so fast. I really appreciated the gesture of having Almond milk there for me on arrival, we got in later than expected so having a coffee ready to go was amazing.

This home is nothing short of outstanding. Gorgous views from sunrise to sunset. beautully appointed amenities, you could not want for anything, all that you need is provided and the little details are very thoughtful. We stayed here for a family birthday getaway, but this beautiful venue would suit any celebration or seculded escape. Our hosts were great to communicate with, very responsive and spoiled the birthday boy with some unexpected treats. I can not recommend this property enough, we would love to come back one day.
