Very responsive, answered all my questions and even sent maps of the river. Got to come early and park to use the rented kayaks. Very cute cabin house that would be great for a small family night. Lots of activities to do outside including connect four, grilling, jumping on a river trampoline, etc. Would come back again

We had a wonderful time here! The private, white sandy beaches are beautiful especially with the sun sets! We went with our kids and they had a ton of fun playing with the sand toys and the floats that the hosts provided. The decks were amazing too, the grill, lights, and music provided a relaxing space after the long days at the beach. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were hospitable, great communicators, and so kind. Highly recommend and we hope to come back again!

This was the perfect stop on our road trip. We arrived late at night to an easy check-in and a well lit spot. And we woke up the next morning to one of the most peaceful and magical views. They thought of everything to accommodate you in a unique stay. Highly recommend.

The house was amazing. There was so much to do. Plenty of room for my big family. Love being able to wake up, drink my coffee and look at the water. Rebecca was amazing and so sweet. I would definitely book again.

We had an outstanding week at Donald’s lake house. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. Very peaceful surroundings. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Paradise lake is clean, peaceful and full of fish and wildlife. We had a blast, Thanks to Donald.

If I could give 10-stars I would! I am an airbnb host and can be quite critical on bookings I make. I read so much about Ms. Theresa and was a little hesitant because some reviews made it seem like privacy was an issue ...NOT AT ALL!! I can honestly say that SHE was a HUGE part as to why we enjoyed our stay so much and will ABSOLUTELY be back!! She made us feel at home, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even made my husband a homemade birthday cake! We shared so many laughs and stories together. It was peaceful, serene, and certainly private. The property was gorgeous, had breathtaking views, and so many wonderful things about it that pictures and description don't do a justice! We enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor kitchen area on the lake.. but laying down on a bed, under the cabana, watching a movie, next to the fire, on the lake, was THE best part..next to enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast our last morning!

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!
