Elandsvlei Estate Farmhouse

The Elandsvlei Estate Farmhouse is the perfect bush getaway for larger groups looking for privacy, peace, and tranquility. The farmhouse has 5 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, and sleeps up to 12 people. It has 2 braai areas (one open-air and one covered), as well as a beautiful splash pool overlooking a peaceful dam frequented by many wildlife species! Elandsvlei Estate is located in the malaria-free Unesco Waterberg Biosphere, only a 2 hour drive from Pretoria (2.5 hrs from OR Tambo).

The Seed Pod

The Seed Pod, This is a typical farm house located under a well established canopy of giant thorn trees old gnarled lead-wood and has a stunning view of the southern side of the Marakele National Park Mountains. Around the house there are numerous animals such as Nyala, Sable and Impala not to mention all the bird life. We have a caterer available should you wish someone to cook for you on your behalf. Our place sleeps 6 in the main house in 2 bedrooms, and 4 in the adjacent 'ram-camp', ideal for older kids. The ram-camp is a revamped ruin that served as a home to clay-miners in the 1970's and has its own boma, inside shower and outside bathroom supplied by a Donkey. Game: Kudu, Nyala, Impala, Bushbuck and Mountain Reedbuck to name but a few. 15km from Potties. Bakkie / SUV required.
