Great location right on top of the metro, walkable to so many great restaurants and cafes. The building has top-notch amenities (one of the nicest apartment gyms I’ve ever been to) and the unit itself is clean and well-stocked. Highly recommend!

Stayed with my husband, 17 year old l, and 12 year old. The beds were perfect in the spare room and I always travel with an extension cord which helped with electronics and charging in the spare room( not needed there were outlets, but was helpful). Perfect place to unwind after long days of walking and visiting the zoo and DC area. Amy was available when I reached out for local recommendations and expressed that she had extra info in the master bedroom. This location met all my expectations for cooking, relaxing, and safety. Most Airbnb’s look comfortable but don’t accommodate our family for relaxation so I was looking specifically for a sectional to watch movies or tv together and this space provided this and much more; really was comforting and felt home like. We cuddled up, I made some tea, and the view was amazing. Thank you both! We will definitely return next time we visit DC.

Very clean and nice place to stay in a good location. It was nice to have amenities and all the essentials for a quick getaway. We were only there for one night but we enjoyed our time there to visit friends and loved being able to have our dog with us and walk her in the neighborhood.

Stay was exactly as described. Home was clean and had everything needed for a home base for work and camp for the kids. Jorge and John we very communicative and friendly. 100% would reccomend.

We found this place on a last minute decision stop to Washington DC The location is very calm and decorated with a lot of taste. Every single detail was thought about, from the snacks and water ready for our (really) late arrival, the wall light in the bathroom to find it better at night, the perfect balance in between the choice of colors and materials. Everything is here to make you feel right at home Lena was nothing but kind and helpfull, with an eye for details. All the informations and recommendations were on point The place was spotless and really well organised Thanks again for the perfect stay !

We were so happy with this basement apartment and location. Robert was very helpful and responsive. Most days we drove to the mall parking garage near the Pentagon and took the metro from Pentagon City station to the Smithsonian station (the pre-loaded $30 card available online was perfect for our stay). Driving from the unit to Arlington took mere minutes. It isn't too far from Mt. Vernon either. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We would stay here again! The current pictures under sell the unit. We were very happy to find it was bigger than expected. It could use a little updating, but we didn't mind. All we did was sleep, eat some breakfast, and return each night with aching feet and legs from a typical day of walking D.C.

Erick was a great host and very responsive. The apartment is clean and has great amenities. The staff at the apartment complex are not always the most helpful, but overall it was a great stay.

(For younger people that care), beware that they live upstairs from where you will be staying!!! We (kinda of) loudly played music in the living room, were able to walk 50 feet to the gazebo (located in the yard) to smoke, and laughed loudly all night. We were worried we’d have to be super quiet and they would be strict but, the owners had no complaints which we were very greatful for, didn’t interrupt us, got our money’s worth and had a great night!

Check in was easy with a lock pad. Updated with clean kitchen and bathrooms. Easy to find and park. Friendly host. Would return and recommend to others.

Excellent accomodations! So many amenities. Hot tub was relaxing and clean.

My family and I stayed at Krissia’s place over Spring Break. The house looks just like the pictures. My kids had fun running around the yard. There’s a grocery store within walking distance and we tried Anthony’s Place one night for dinner. Large portions and the food was great. Beds were comfy and shower was nice. We were about 20-30 minutes from DC pending traffic.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Our son got married at the Still Meadow wedding venue right across the road. With four bedrooms, plus an extra bed downstairs, we were able to accommodate 8 members of our family, so our stay also became a family reunion of sorts. Perfect! Spacious eat-in kitchen and great set up in living room made it easy to enjoy some games and catch up! Beautiful big deck looking out over the countryside! Three bathrooms, hairdryers and mirrors made wedding prep easy. Really appreciate dog friendly house. So did our dog! Lots of extra blankets for beds in case we were chilly. Would definitely return to this gorgeous area and highly recommend Jill’s house!!

Had a very peaceful and cozy stay here. I came here for two events, and I’m not a fan of driving around the city so we stayed in the rest of the time. Felt right at home the whole time! The wifi was exceptionally fast, bed and couch were comfy, and the foosball table gave me and my partner something fun to do to pass the time. Also, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet - which I didn’t expect due to the urban location. Did not notice any neighbors or sirens the entire time and was able to relax and sleep peacefully!

The Ingram House was perfect for our trip to Washington, D.C.! The owner is very friendly, very responsive, and the layout of the house was perfect for our group. There are three Metro Stations within a 3-mile radius of the Ingram House, which made it fast & easy to get around the D.C. area. Alexandria has multiple grocery stores & restaurants, so we were never at a loss for food. Would I recommend the Ingram House to future visitors: ABSOLUTELY!

Everything about this stay was amazing! Beautiful property, super clean, really comfortable beds and furniture, and wow; the kitchen! Very quiet and walkable neighborhood, yet so close to everything (Metro, One Loudon, and so many great areas to visit). Hosts were absolutely wonderful. We’d love to come back.

We really enjoyed the stay. Fun playing pool and watching vintage dvd— Beauty and the Beast. The museum was interesting. The lights in museum room were cool. Place had character. Would stay again.

This was an amazing stay, the space is exactly like the photos, & in a safe community. Janee was very responsive & super nice! Would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic stay. Place was immaculate and William has thought of absolutely everything. Plenty of coffee, bottled water, wine, plenty of towels, soap etc. His place is laid out well too. Walking distance to town. Amenities were plenty. We loved this apt and hope to be back. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed William.

We had a wonderful night at the condo. Our host let us know in the morning it was clean and ready so that we could check in early. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our dog. It’s a great layout, well decorated, and the deck has a terrific view of the sunsets. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and Baker Park. We will be glad to return.

This place is right in downtown, next to many good restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed for a long weekend. The place was clean and the host was very responsive

Taylor provides a great spot for the region. Close to Harper's Ferry with all its hiking & Antietam for the history buffs, this provided the perfect respite for our small family. We really appreciated Taylor providing high quality cookware and dishes. Many times hosts cheap out on that stuff but Taylor had great stuff - even a pod and drip coffee combo! Private and roomy, we found everything to be as advertised and then some. Taylor was always quick to respond to our queries and provided good advice on local attractions. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend her place if one is in the area.
