Less then 5 minutes from the Pemi River Campground where you can rent tubes, canoes, and kayaks. Also a short drive from Rocky Ridge Ranch and 50 minutes from Santa’s Village. Your home base to explore the White Mountains and all they have to offer. 15 minute drive to Lincoln / Woodstock & Loon Mountain; 35 minute drive to Littleton w/ easy access to Plymouth, Waterville Valley, & Lakes Region. This eclectic cabin was built from the ground up in 2024 with the sole intention of welcoming guests like you to its woodsy embrace. We set out to create a peaceful stay with room for the whole family to relax after a long day of exploring, hiking, and adventuring in NH.

Basecamp in the White mountains

This small cabin has been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.

Then, in the evening, relax at the propane fire table with a glass of wine or build your own fire at the wood firepit (wood provided) and take advantage of the spectacular stargazing. The cabin has a smart TV and high-speed internet provided.
