Great space! So convenient to everything. Quiet stay and easy to get in and settled.

Rhonda and Clay were kind, nice hosts. Easy access, ease of parking, and great lake view off the balcony. Would definitely go back!

Would definitely come back for another stay here. Susan was extremely accommodating and provided us with snack and drinks upon arrival. Gorgeous neighborhood and view from the back porch of the lake. Super clean and comfortable space.

Kim exceeded our expectations more than we could have ever imagined! Her space was spotless, check-in was easy, she left a sweet gift for my partner’s birthday, and genuinely thought of everything we could have needed during our stay. Such peaceful and serene surroundings, as well. We will definitely be back, and 100% recommend ‘Mama’s Place’!!!

This place was GREAT. The room had everything you need. My wife and I did a one-night stay in April and I wish it could have been longer. The view of the lake is spectacular, and so relaxing just to sit and look at it. The hosts suggested that we sit in the gazebo down by the water, and we would not have known to do so without that prompt. I wish I had a fishing pole to fish on the shore. We were greeted in the room with two homemade (?) apple strudel muffins and they were yummy. The bathroom had body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and more than enough clean towels. Also it was very clean. The shower had plenty of hot water and no wait for it! TV and video disc player were nice, with a nice selection of videos. The purpose of our visit was to play golf at the nearby Wind River Golf Club and that course was within 7 minutes from the rental, super convenient. I wish I had the chance to meet the hosts, but I guess in-person was not necessary. We will stay her again!

Debbie's place was a great choice for us! the fishing is great. The dock is beautiful, and the house was decorated nice as well. She was very responsive and friendly. I'd recommend her place to my family and friends!

Beautiful home with a view to match on a tranquil lake. Was a relaxing long weekend and would highly recommend. Would definitely book with Mickey again.

House was comfortable and great size for what we needed. Beds were comfy and loved having king beds and 3 full bathrooms! Plenty of space for the 8 people we were traveling with and conveniently located. Jes was very responsive when I had questions. It was awesome to have nice TVs in each bedroom. Kitchen was very nice.

We loved our weekend in this beautiful home! There are so many spots to gather around as a family. The beds were comfortable. Our one year-old loved the porch swing! We cannot wait to come back.

We loved this little place! Close to the lake, little walk to the dock but nothing too bad! Place was clean, and organized! They were super helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. We will be back again!! 10/10

Perfect place to join up with our son, DIL, infant, and dog, as they evacuated from south Florida! We enjoyed making our meals in the fully stocked kitchen! The house was set up perfectly for our needs, with the master suite on one side of the house, and two bedrooms and full bath on the other. Enjoyed our walks in the beautiful quiet neighborhood!

We had a great stay at Bethany’s place. She was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The perfect peaceful location away from the city while still be a quick drive to all the area attractions. Would stay with Bethany again for future visits to the area.

Our family had a beautiful stay while visiting family in Tellico Village. We slept great, had lots of room to unpack and spread out, and the kitchen came stocked with some spices, flour, etc.

100% recommend staying at this beautiful lake front condo view was amazing and very clean place!

This was the 2nd time our golf group stayed here. I have nothing but good things to say and hope to book it again next year.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as described and the host kept in contact as far as instructions that were very easy to understand and accurate. The location was perfect as it was a short walk to many restaurants and also close to the interstate. Place was secure and clean as well. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay- the host was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The lake view was beautiful and the unit was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We didn’t realize that we had to pay to use the pool, it is in the listing but we missed that, so just something to be aware of. Otherwise all around a great stay.

Everything was exceptional during our stay. Perfectly located for walking in Knoxville. The apartment is in exceptional condition with very trendy decor and amenities. Great view of the river. Traffic can get a bit loud so free ear plugs were a thoughtful touch!

We just loved our stay! Waking up to the wild ducks quacking on the lack every morning was delightful 🙂
