We are an easy walk to a grocery, medical care, a hardware store, restaurants, and churches. The Whitewater Gorge & Cardinal Greenway Trail is also within walking distance. In a quiet residential area 3 blocks from Earlham College, 3.7 miles from Reid Hospital and IU East, 2.5 miles from Wayne County Fairground.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The rental includes the entire 1200 sq. ft. lower level of the cabin. The walk out patio puts you 8 ft. from the edge of the woods. There are deer, turkeys and the occasional peacock. The pond is stocked and you are welcome to fish. There are also goats that live on the premise. The living space has two bedrooms and a pull out couch. All the living space has been newly remodeled. You are free to enjoy the entire 20 acre property.
