The house was absolutely beautiful and so cozy. It has a wood cabin aesthetic amd you feel warm as soon as you walk into the gorgeous play room. We had such a relaxing, wonderful time as a family and would love to make this an annual tradition.

We had a fantastic stay at John’s lovely, cozy home! There was plenty of space for our group and 3 toddlers who loved the game room, also the games provided. We enjoyed the pool table downstairs and the spacious indoor and outdoor areas to hang out. The location was convenient, close to the lake and stores making it easy to enjoy nearby activities. John was amazing, I booked a day before and he made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for families! Thank you 😊

Our stay at Sunset Haven was absolutely fantastic! The basement was like a dream "man cave" with a large TV equipped with surround sound, a fun game room, and a luxurious hot tub just steps away on the screened deck. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights for us was being able to wake up in the morning and stroll over to the pickleball courts nearby for some active fun. Additionally, within just a mile, whether walking or driving, you can reach local marinas and a private beach. The owners were outstanding in their communication, ensuring that everything was smooth and enjoyable throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for better hosts! Sunset Haven truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriel’s place during President weekend. The house is beautiful with all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy the nature and quiet time in the Catskills. We were fortunate enough to have a snowy weekend which made our time even better and it was like winter wonderland and what a better way to jump into the hot tub surrounded by all the snow and then have a nice steam shower. The house has also got a nice fireplace to be enjoyed with a glass of wine while watching a movie on the projector. The kitchen has got all the amenities needed to make some nice home made food and it’s nice and modern. Gabriel was super helpful and responsive whenever we had questions and shared useful information on the local area. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for an escape from the city and enjoy the nature in a 5 star house in the Catskills.

The house was so beautiful and cozy - it was a perfect stay vacation spot. There is lots to do, probably more to do in the Spring & Summer but the hosts filled the house when fun things like ping pong, basketball & tons of games. Would definitely visit again!

Tiffany's home was simply spectacular. I could not have imagined a more gorgeous view. Everything in the home was clean and tidy, but the real star of the house is the first and second story decks. We spent most of our nights eating outside overlooking the river(just make sure to bring bug spray and citronella!) There's also an entrance to the river less than a mile down the road, which is perfect for fishing, floating or swimming. I highly suggest bringing gallons of water with you, as the house runs on well water which is fine for showering but I personally wouldn't drink it. I truly look forward to coming back here next summer.

If you are into modern decorating with grays and stainless steel, this is not your place. But if you read the AirBnB description and the reviews carefully, look at the pics, and like what you read and see, go for it! This is a one-of-a-kind place which was home for our family Christmas gathering for one week, and it could not have been better. The host seems to have thought of everything, down to placing a box of tissues in every room. The nine of us settled quickly and comfortably into the Manor with plenty (and the right kind) of spaces for individual relaxing or group fun, (and yes, the kitchen is everything that the reviews say it is). We walked in, the heat was on, the house was decorated for Christmas (including a tree) — all that was left for us to do was to enjoy. And boy did we! Thanks Dave.

The Place was great with excellent access to the river. Relaxing on the deck was enjoyable. The outdoor chairs by the fireplace and river could use an upgrade but definitely not a game changer. If you're one who likes to read the story behind the home, there's plenty here for the imagination. Definitely a happy, lived in home. Leans more toward the outdoors, small town type atmosphere. Has everything. Not disappointed at all. Enjoyable.

Really perfect for what we needed which was accommodations for two couples. Only negative was that one couple slept in the room with the multiple twin beds as the queen bed is in a loft. Upstairs bathroom does not have a shower though two showers are available. Otherwise we could not be happier with the stay. The location was so peaceful and beautiful. Comfy couches and blankets everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay at the lakehouse. Lovely lake views from the house and just a quick walk. We used the boat slip and loved the lake for fishing and swimming. Vinny was helpful and responsive when I had questions and was a great host. Bed sheets were provided and kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and glasses and cooking supplies. We would stay there again!

Love this cabin! Very comfortable with great amenities in a peaceful, beautiful setting. Rick is a great host and very responsive.

This was my second time staying here over new years with my friends and we always have a good time! There is plenty of beds for a big group. Perfect for a chill get away in the mountains

Michael's home was warm and welcoming. The overall property was beautiful. Would have loved the deck if weather had been a lottle warmer. Kitchen was well appointed and functional. The remodeled master bath was fantastic! All in all a great visit.

The house is old but great to accommodate all guests needs for the long term stay for every members of party (has 3 livable levels) a lot of games for the kids and beach furniture, kitchen packed with plenty of pan, pots with lids and utensils additionally including paper plates and plastic utensils (which is a benefit). We have some issues with the bathrooms which was addressed right away (the cleaning lady was visiting and do the job right after our report to the owner). The bathroom in main bedroom is a little smelly just need to keep the door closed at all the time. The owners voluntarily return $150 for some registration fee due to some community registration changes (without any knowledge or request from us) which is was a honest act from the owners. Location is great, about 5-7 min walking distance from the main beach/pool area. The price is very reasonable for such house, the house feels like home inside. Recommend this house for not very picky guests who expect hotel style.

Thomas was a great host. He was very friendly and responsive. There was a storm the night before we arrived and one of the boat oars went missing. Tom immediately arranged for a replacement set should we want them. His property is beautiful! Lovely swimmable lake with kayaks that we used daily and it’s a quick drive to the public beach which was great for the kids. Nice yard games and activities too so you don’t really need any plans. We had a great time!

This home is so magical. It was such a delight to be so close to the water for fishing, gazing and relaxing. The house was comfortable and very spacious, with every amenity that we could need. The hosts were very communicative, responding quickly to our questions and requests. We would love to come back again.

Very clean, updated, and well cared for home. Game room was a blessing for anyone traveling with children, and contained more than enough table games and activities for everyone to enjoy. Snow tubing was a great activity and close to the home. Had a great time overall.

Our family of five stayed at David's house this winter for three months. It was a beautiful house in a great location. Gated neighborhood, close proximity to the lake with a stream going through the backyard. We took advantage of the private community ski hill and got a season pass. We were able to ski over 30 times this year!!! It was a great place to teach our four year olds how to ski. The house has an air hockey table and arcade game with lots of games on it for kids. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you David.
