Familienfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Weeki Wachee Gardens

This place was perfect for us and three young kids. We spent wonderful, fun-filled days at the beach. We could easily go back to the house for lunch, rest time, stuff we forgot, etc…My son’s family stayed a block away with three young kids also. We all used the many amenities of our beach shed: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys, noodles, coolers and more. The free washer/dryer was used often. The house itself was very clean, bright and comfortable. Two full bathrooms were ideal for our gang. The kids loved the patio for their meals, games and hanging out. We didn’t use the grill or hot tub this visit but they are great additions to the outdoor space. The location is perfect for the beach access but also to get into town. We were always glad to get out of the traffic and crowds to return to the peaceful home. Evening sunsets were spectacular! We had many photo ops of the family, photos that we will treasure forever. We plan to return next year and are already looking forward to it

The house was cleanly, had some nice touches like games, movies and things for kids. The swim spa was amazing and we also enjoyed the bikes and kayakes during our stay. Terry was a great host!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. It’s just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home is very clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time away.

The property was clean and well appointed. Lots of stairs! (But we knew that). Beautiful top floor deck. The community is quiet and very private for being in the middle of a very busy area.

A few things really stood out to us in the best way possible! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches we didn’t expect—like complimentary drinks, a fully stocked bar with the essentials, and even mini cupcakes! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The binder of recommendations was super helpful—it included great local spots to eat, nearby attractions, and things to do in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the pool and hot tub heating system. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! P.s. you might find a hidden secret treasure too! I did 🏴‍☠️

We had a great time at Matthew and Melissa’s place. It really was the prefect spot for a getaway with our kids. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a convenient spot to explore the rest of Tampa and the surrounding area. It was amazing having such a nice park and playground literally a stone’s throw from the house. And the house itself was classy, comfortable, clean, and our kids never wanted to leave the pool and patio area… a pool to swim in, a nice shady table for snacks, AND a TV for the occasional Bluey. What more could a kid ask for? And Matthew made it so easy for us: great communication and incredibly helpful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

No need to continue looking. This is the best place to stay on the island. Love the location for walking to restaraunts / shops. Fishing from docks a walk away. Enjoyed playing pickle ball and roof top R&R. If you get a chance, grab some freshly filleted Grouper or Mahi back by the bay at Frenchy's Seafood Market to cook up. Kayak rentals nearby.

Our stay here was amazing. Great space, great location, great amenities. At first we weren’t sure about walking to the beach with kids, but it was very easy. The beach wagon was perfect and the kids loved the beach toys. The bikes were an added bonus to explore the neighborhood. We were able to see a stingray and dolphins right off of the patio. The pool and hot tub are a 2 minute walk and perfect size. We hope to be back soon!

Definitely a great place for the price, basic 2 beds 2 bath roomy Florida home. Everything was as expected also has double garage for added space!! I am on a budget as Abnb fees are high, and was very pleased

Our family had a great time. Most of the trip was spent relaxing at the house, using the lovely heated pool, grilling meals, and watching movies in the comfortable living space. It was easy to get to the beaches, bike rentals, restaurants and anything you needed. The house is clean and spacious.

We were very happy to find this house. It was perfect for two couples. The best part was taking the provided kayaks out to seven sisters springs. Beautiful. There was also a canoe for those that don’t like kayaks.

The treehouse bungalow is located rught on a canal. Three kayaks go along with the rental. Boat tours/ rentals are right on site along with a local artist/ ceramic shop and Two Pops sandwich shop. The setting was peaceful and beautiful. My grandsons fished all day. We had a very relaxing stay. We kayaked the canal and fished one day, than enjoyed a swim with the manatees adventure, the next day.

Excellent house on a canal that leads to seven sister springs. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. We saw an alligator off the back dock our first day and lots of turtles and fish each day. The house is within close distance to lots of fun activities-we swam with manatees and floated the rainbow river while there. There are multiple kayak outfitters within walking distance of the house so if you do not like sit in kayaks you have very close rental options.

Would highly recommend Ryan’s place to anyone in the Tampa area! Everything was as described and more. I actually proposed to my girlfriend (now fiancé) at his dock at sunset which was very peaceful and beautiful. He also went out of his way to grab some flowers I was asking if he can get to make the proposal perfect. All in all we will definitely stay again

We enjoyed our stay at Beth’s place. The house was squeaky clean and we felt at home. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We had our dog with us and she was welcomed in Beth’s home and we really appreciated that option. It is the perfect location for a visit to Tarpon Springs. It was an easy walk to town which has a couple local coffee shops, restaurants and even a book store; And an even shorter walk to the Sponge docks.

This was my second time staying with Schaff Properties, and I truly love the hotel it’s located in. It’s just a few minutes from the airport, with a gated check-in that adds a sense of security. The unit overlooks a pool, gym, and the bay, and there’s even a little restaurant. My favorite part is enjoying my mornings people-watching and spotting dolphins in the bay, such a peaceful way to start the day. The host is consistently friendly and responsive, even during late hours, which I really appreciate. My only real complaint is the additional $10 per day charge for a third guest. It was just me, my partner, and a child, so that felt a bit unnecessary. Also, the price has gone up by about $400 since my last visit in 2021, and unfortunately, a few amenities (like the pier and lounge area) were damaged by a recent hurricane and are no longer available. Still, it’s a solid Airbnb overall and that balcony view gets me every time.

This was the second time we were at this location. It impressed us just as much as the first time we stayed there. We will return. The house and pool are kept very clean and both are well decorated. You have the feeling you are in one of the better rentals Airbnb offers.

Bang for buck is what you get with this stay. it was everything I hoped it would be and then some. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find and Zelijko was very responsive and helpful every stepmother the way. I would gladly recommend this stay and if ever in the area again would happily seek to stay here again.

Rental was just like pictures and right on the water. Patio/deck was perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or cocktails at night. Extremely clean and spacious and within easy walking distance of restaurants and beach. Perfect location!

My family and I had a wonderful experience, and will surely stay again when we visit Florida.

“Perfect Beach Getaway!” This rental was everything we hoped for and more! It comfortably sleeps 12, making it ideal for families or groups. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach. The outdoor space is a highlight, with covered seating, ceiling fans, a large TV, and an exterior refrigerator for convenience. The pool was a great addition, and having two washers and dryers made our stay even more comfortable. The home is beautifully decorated and well-equipped for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommend!

Christina was very helpful as we were in town for a cruise and they kick you off the ship at 8 am and Christina accommodated us in every way. Loved the place and the balcony. At night they start a fire and light the tiki lights and you can sit out there and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the rocks will your toes in sand. If I’m ever in Tampa I would stay again.

Truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again should the need arise. I imagine if the weather would have been nicer we would have been able to enjoy the beautiful backyard lanai and pool but unfortunately mother nature had other plans.
