Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Modernism in the jungle: A uniquely designed and styled jungle suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchenette purpose build bungalow. Furnishings were either made to order or from our private collection. Soak up the tranquility of nature whilst being just a 5 min walk to the Indian Ocean and some of Sri Lanka’s famed beaches and surf spots, including Kabalana beach. Our philosophy is simple: To provide a private and restful space while sharing our love of design and nature.

With paddy field views, you will have nature right on your doorstep. Although the neighbourhood of Serenity House is quiet, there are lots of activities in the surrounding area. The Villa is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest swimming beach and Unawatuna beach, Galle is about 15 minutes away by Tuk Tuk.

D Canal House - Bungalow Wathsudda

Wathsudda is one of three self catering bungalows at D Canal House . The bungalow is air conditioned and consist of a double bedroom, a very spacious bathroom , walk in wardrobe , a kitchenette and has two verandas leading to a private garden. It is also air conditioned .D Canal House is an ideal place to switch off from the outside world and re connect with nature through the sound of flowing water coming from the stream and ponds of the tropical gardens.

The Vicarage Holiday Home Mirissa

The house is British owned. Its 150 meters to Mirissa Beach! Very spacious house and nice private secure garden, close to the beach, bars and restaurants.its very quiet at night, good for couples and families. House is very child friendly! Bedroom is fully air conditioned, mezzanine above the living room which sleeps 2.kitchen equipped, water cooler. Shower with hot water. Outdoor seating area. House can accommodate 6 people comfortably.
