This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

Welcome to our River House! Used mostly by our family and friends, we're offering available dates to courteous families and others who will treat it like their own. Relaxation at its finest. This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. The fishing off the shore is amazing and instantly rewarding for little ones.. We also have 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for use.
