Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.

With direct lake access, enjoy kayaking, and paddle boarding on Little Lake in the spring, summer and fall and there are 3 major ski mountains within 45 minutes, and don't forget the ice fishing!
