Jessie. Hard to put into words how profesional she was to deal with. This operation is a well oiled machine. For what we were doing we couldn’t have been more suited to the property. Me and my friends couldn’t stop talking about how perfect the house was for us when we were down there. And even on the group chats now we still discuss how the house made the trip. We will look to book the house once every 6 months just to make the most of it. If you take it down from air bnb can you please let us know and we will stop coming to Christchurch for Holidays!

Place was nice and cozy - the bed had heating pads, room was sufficiently heated for someone who gets cold easily. Bathroom had a heater as well. Do take note that only body soap was provided, you will have to bring your own shampoo and conditioner etc. Kitchen was sufficient to cook meals - with many cooking utensils and basics provided. Apartment was easy to find too at night! Really love how our host prepared a booklet filled with many information about their favourite hikes around Twizel and an introduction of themselves. Kettlehole Track is now one of our favourites too :) Thanks for the homely apartment!

Twelve on Milton was easy to find and on a quiet street. It was very clean and comfortable despite the unusual layout. Despite requesting an early checkin and the host agreeing to this, we did not receive the lockbox code until after 2 o'clock and several texts and phone calls. This was disappointing.

We had a great stay, house was very comfortable and warm, lovely kitchen and bathroom. Everything you could need was provided. The house was even nicer than the photos, would definitely stay again if in Twizel.

Absolutely beautiful home with stunning views! The house was immaculate with a very well equipped kitchen, lovely comfortable beds & excellent heating. Clear instructions on how to use everything which was super helpful. Nicole was friendly & responsive. A lovely home to stay in, thank you!

We enjoyed a couple of nights at Hokitika Beach Break. It's a warm spacious comfortable older-style house with modern high-quality furniture and kitchen. (The older cooker in some of the kitchen photos has been upgraded to one with a halogen hob.) Claire provides a lot of useful information in the house manual and communicated well during the booking process & our stay. The location is convenient & the neighbours who share the drive/parking are friendly & flexible. There's some traffic noise during the day but none was noticeable in the evening and night.

Top notch place to stay. Lovely warm home, well equipped. Lovely garden, close to amenities. Paul is a very friendly helpful host. Would highly recommend.
