Wow... That was our main word for this stay. The location and view was incredible. It instantly felt like a real relaxing getaway. We noticed some issues around cleanliness that I will share directly with the host so that they are aware, as this place deserves the best! The hot tub was an absolute highlight. Such a friendly and responsive host to chat to online. We had a fabulous time here and we definitely hope to return to this oasis on the hill!

We absolutely loved our stay! The views were stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfy. The bath with a sea view and the hot tub were absolute highlights, such a treat. The hosts were great and super responsive. Would 100% recommend!

This was our best stay so far in New Zealand with my new wife on our honeymoon! It is extremely private, and romantic! The view of the ocean, and the hills from the porch is amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer! Jude was very friendly! She even put together a flower bouquet from the field free of charge, as a surprise for my new wife! She also let us stay an hour after checkout, to enjoy the place!

i don't usually right reviews but this place was awsome, it was a pleasure staying here, had everything we needed, the fire place was awesome in the cold night. lots of room great for a big group. we were going to go out for dinner that night with our other friends that were staying else where but after seeing this place we ended up going to the supermarket and come back and had a great BBQ together and afew drinks. thank you again for having us stay at your beautiful place. we have made lots of memories.

New warm quiet comfy studio

Lu was a great host, there were some issues with the wifi due to snow which she proactively reached out to us about and got us sorted nice and quickly. The place was lovely, clean, and exactly as we were expecting. We'd happily stay again!

such a beautiful place to just unwind listening to the waves and watching the sunset was the best part of the day warm cosy fully equipped to cook a meal at home everything you need when on a holiday beds warm with the electric blanket shower was a highlight amazing pressure seeing the bunny's playing on the grass was also great to see Claire is very accommodating just amazing women making sure we were all settled in thanks again Claire for hosting us will be differently be back 😁

The place doesn't look much from the outside but it is a great place to stay. Plenty of room, good kitchen and bathroom. As a wheelchair user the bathroom was a little small but still useable. You also get good WIFI and you are very close to the shops, restaurants and the beach.

I love arriving at an Airbnb and finding that I do not have to provide the basics to live there for a few days. Lily provided the washing-up soap, dishwasher powder, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There were even clothes-washing tabs. We had most of these things as we were travelling, but it was great to find out that if I thought of something, it was already ready to hand. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the towels were fluffy and soft. Lily was clear with her instructions and communications. All in all, a superb experience and hassle-free. The walk into the centre of Christchurch took 15 minutes, but for the most part, we used Uber, which was cheap, and the rides were plentiful.
