Although we didn’t spend much time inside, every facility we needed was thoughtfully provided, making our stay seamless and stress-free. But what truly set this experience apart was our incredible host. A genuinely lovely lady, she was attentive, accommodating, and ensured every detail was perfect. Her communication was fantastic, making everything effortless. And the cherry on top? A tin of chocolates awaiting us on arrival—a small but deeply meaningful gesture that showed how much she cares about her guests. This is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience crafted with care and kindness. If you're looking for a warm, hassle-free getaway with an exceptional host, this is the one. Great little flat with a perfect view. Had everything we needed in the kitchen -we managed to cook a roast dinner at home one night. The sunsets are so beautiful to watch from the warmth and comfort of the lounge. Sue is fab and theres enough places to eat nearby if you want to go out.

Amazing place to stay. Short walk to beach/ town. Quiet location. Nice comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Very clean. Decking with seating at the back is in the sun from morning to evening and is secluded. Absolutely 5 Stars and over.

Jackies place is outstanding, shes thought of everything. We took my mum whos 92 with mobility issues it was perfect for her. Could easily get wheelchair through the house. Parking, a huge bonus and patio area. Easy level walk to town 10 mins and to seafront in minutes. We will be rebooking. Scones/cream milk on arrival thank you Jackie.

Had a great stay for the second time. Great place. Had an issue with the fridge but Miles was straight there with a replacement. Nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Exactly as described and spotlessly clean throughout. Also very well stocked of all essentials. My family loved the whole weekend, especially having their cups of tea each morning in bed looking out to sea. We’ll certainly be back. Thank you Tara.

Great place for a visit to Exmouth. Clean snd tidy. Centrally located and walkable to most areas including railway station. Good broadband connection. Garage is useful but only fits up to medium size vehicle.

We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

The apartment is lovely and in the most perfect location, right on the harbour. There are loads of places to eat right on your doorstep. Can also walk to beach and shops easily. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again next time in Weymouth.

Lovely apartment in the heart of West Bay close to the harbour and beaches. It was just what we wanted and spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable. We have 2 small cocker spaniels and it was great that Chris could accommodate them too. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

A hidden gem! We only had a quick overnight stay but it ticked all the boxes for us. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, an amazingly well equipped kitchen diner and such comfortable beds with pristine bedding. The property is in the middle of the town but with it's beautiful roof garden, it had an air of tranquility and we had no noise disturbance at all, even though it was a bank holiday weekend. Ruth provided detailed directions beforehand and a warm welcome on arrival and some helpful recommendations for somewhere to eat that evening. A great host - thank you for our stay.

We had such an amazing get away, it was so relaxing and felt like home. Paul was super helpful, made us feel comfortable and gave a great recommendation for food. Close enough to get to the Beach and town but far enough to enjoy the quiet and relax!

Delightful recent stay at Shawn’s lovely little flat. Only time for 3 nights but we hope we can come back for longer. Lovely comfortable bed and bed linen, and just the right amount of furniture. Absolutely gorgeous annex, easy parking and in such a beautiful location. Noreen was very welcoming and it felt like home.

Accessing the caravan was super easy, parking is right next to the caravan so made unpacking breezy. Caravan was lovely and clean including the pull out bed with fresh clean bedding, was great having the little essentials such as washing up liquid and hand soap. We only had a short stay but the amenities on site were great everything you need is there. The caravan itself is a stones throw away from the main building. All as described would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thankyou for our stay! Fab hosts!

Great location with plenty to do nearby, pool and spa facilities lovely, really clean and well maintained, with nice products to use. We had to leave early unfortunately because of my son being ill and in the rush to pack up had left a couple of items behind which Rleanor very kindly offered to post to us.

We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

Thank you Gayatri & Peter! What an amazing place! The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessly clean throughout and equipped with everything we needed. Complimentary coffee pods, tea and milk on arrival were much appreciated. Gayatri was very informative and responsive to messages. We made very good use of the heated swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and enjoyed complete privacy the entire time. The location is superb, very quiet but not too far from the supermarkets. We enjoyed days out to the nearby Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge and Wells during our short stay. Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer! We're already planning a return trip. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool and activities room and playgrounds were wonderful. You could book private sessions in the pool although we also found the communal sessions generally weren’t busy and we often had the pool to ourselves. It was perfect for our daughter as it wasn’t too deep which really helped her build confidence at swimming. We loved playing table tennis and badminton with our older child while the plentiful toys (especially the pedal tractor) kept the little one very happy! Lots to do in the surrounding area, although the peaceful/remote location meant they were all a fair drive away. Apartment was as pictured. It had everything we needed and was always warm- important for October half term break!
