Breadfruit-Designers Cottage w 2 beds West End

Welcome to the west end, the quiet end. Where locals know your name, and the ocean crashes against the cliffs. It's about a 15 min ride to the beach. The first cottageof 5 inna the yaad, it backs onto the pool- great for midnite swims! The kitchen is very large and fills the porch backing onto the pool, the front porch is the living area with two daybeds. The cottage has AC inside but not in the porches. We are an adult only retreat, no children and only registered guests please. Irie

Sea Bird Cottage @ High Cove

We are operating as normal after Hurricane Melissa! The West End is in top shape! Sea Bird is located on High Cove property, nestled on a pristine swimming cove on the famous West End. There are 2 other cottages on the property that can be rented separately, or jointly for groups of up to 14. It's a stone's throw away from the world-renowned Rick's Cafe, restaurants/watering holes, and has incredible sunsets. 10mins drive to Negril's vibrant Seven Mile Beach. A secluded or romantic getaway.

The Oceanview Suite is located at Splashrock Deep West private residences. Wake up to an award winning view while watching dolphins/boats/ships on the Caribbean Sea we hike drinking your coffee in the morning. We have a saltwater infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Guests often swim/snorkel in the sea right from our ladder. Sunset and sunrise are amazing from the waterfront. This is a hidden gem of Negril. Native Son Villa is our spacious 4 bedroom home away from home. We are right in the middle of the 7 mile beach with a large and private beach area. Included in your stay is your home away from home Chef/Villa Attendant. It’s a different concept that people love. Tips are greatly appreciated because the service fee you see on your Airbnb booking goes directly to Airbnb. Native Son Villa is part of SeaSand Eco Villas Property. Garden House is a quintessential Jamaican cottage, featuring outdoor covered patio and indoor seating area joined by a double french door entrance. You'll find a full kitchen on the first floor with a dining area. Upstairs is dedicated to the primary bedroom and ensuite, this home has an air conditioner in the bedroom and downstairs living room, with sleeping space for family or another couple. The Upstairs patio has views of the Caribbean sea and the surrounding gardens and fruit trees.
