Velvet Crush Cottage

Heart of Monroe! Come relax and have fun with the whole family in the stylish, cozy cottage. You will enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Office with sleeper sofa for extra guest. We are conveniently located in the heart of Monroe near many locally owned restaurants that you are sure to enjoy. We are less than 10 minutes from ULM/VCOM & 5 minutes from Forsythe Park. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio or lounge inside. Please note there are steps to get inside the home at 2 entrances.

Broken Road Cottage

Unwind and relax during your stay in our newly renovated 116-year-old cottage, while enjoying modern updated amenities of home. The cottage was updated for your pleasure while keeping unique touches of the original home. Unwind and grill on the back porch and enjoy the shade of the oak tree. This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. No large gatherings.

The Butler House

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A half mile to the interstate via Well Rd. Ike Hamilton Expo Center, Restaurants and new WM sports complex less than 2 miles away! I have a 12x40 unit behind the house with 2 hotel type rooms available for renting as well. NO TRAILERS (no available parking for trailers) These guests have their own space and do not have access to the house. The driveway is shared. Parking for the house is directly in front of house.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy a 2 bedroom/1 bath duplex near everything Monroe has to offer. Front door parking and your fur baby is more than welcomed! Small fenced patio with a larger yard outside of the patio. You will find that the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you’d need for cooking meals. High speed internet. 3.1 miles to ULM, 1.4 miles to Forsythe Park, 5.8 miles to airport, 16miles to Sterlington Sports Complex.

The Coleman House

We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.

This is the prefect place for a couples get away, a girls’ weekend, a fishing trip, or just a solo escape. Outdoor lovers will get the best of both worlds here- escape to a cabin in the woods while also being right on the water! Water levels are back to normal so you can enjoy taking out the kayaks! There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

Rooster Ridge

Rooster Ridge (owned and operated by Laughing Rooster, LLC) is a rustic cabin with many of the comforts and amenities of home. The cabin was built for guests and sits securely behind our family home overlooking the beautiful Ouachita River. You'll be less than six (6) miles from restaurants and the Sterlington Sports Complex. *Pets are limited to one small dog. Come stay at Moore's Place! Located in West Monroe, Louisiana this entire home is ready for you and the family! Minutes away from shopping, short drive to the Peacanland Mall and close to Xtreme Adventures for the kids! This home is equipped with washer/dryer, two bedrooms with a King and Queen size bed, full kitchen, separate dining room and separate living room. WiFi is of course included!
