lovely property finished to a good standard very close to the beach. Ideal for us (family of 5 + dog). Only comments are that the top bunk bed mattress is very poor and could be easily fixed with a cheap option from Ikea and the shutters do not block out the light (only a few rooms have curtains as well) so be prepared to wake up with the sun! :)

Pebble Lodge is a delight for a stay of any duration. Clean, airy, yet cosy and comfortable. It’s fully equipped with everything you need including a sunny back garden - that basks in sun all day and evening! It’s situated in a brilliant location, close to the beach and all the amenities in the lovely village of Ferring. And Helen, is absolutely fabulous to deal with. Communication is swift, she’s accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. We had a fantastic couple of months stay. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Pebble Lodge to any guests.

A perfect location! My grandchildren ( 4 and 1) enjoyed the easily accessible beach, but probable the enclosed lawned garden even more! We had an initial problem with the dishwasher not working, but Alex had it resolved pretty quickly considering it was a weekend. Very spacious and comfortable accommodation and excellent facilities. The boxes of toys and books for the children were a great source of delight. We were visiting family in the area, and will definitely be booking this property again!

What a beautiful location! We wanted a place where we could relax and have all we needed within easy reach, and this fitted the bill perfectly. Having direct access to the beach from the garden was great and we sat for hours sitting looking out to sea. The local shops and restaurants were only a short walk away and meant that we didn't need to use our car all week. I'm sure we'll be back.

Great stay in a great location so close to the beach!

My wife and I plus our two dogs had a very enjoyable stay. The house had everything needed for a break away. Just 3 minutes to the beach and local shops/ restaurants I highly recommend the bungalow and Boutique Beach properties. 5 Stars.

Had a lovely relaxing week. Bungalow had everything we needed. It was also nice and quiet. Which we appreciate. There was plenty of walking without getting out the car. Within walking distance the Deck cafe at the marina served a good coffee. Good television and Wi-Fi. Plenty to do in nearby areas. Jenny Pass The Keys were quick to answer any queries.

A great place to stay and such an amazing host. Some really amazing touches around the house which was very much appreciated. A perfect place to tour the South Downs and relax.

Perfect location for our event at Waterhall and only a short reasonably priced uber into Brighton center.

Stayed for 3 nights in April/May and wasn't disappointed. The bungalow is small but well-appointed and wonderfully peaceful at the end of a cul-de-sac. Local shops are a 5 minute walk away and the bungalow is comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay - TV, nice quiet garden with outside furniture and BBQ. Host is very helpful with a comprehensive instruction manual and quick and helpful communication to any questions.

I had a great stay at Winkle cottage. The area is great and the dog beach is a highlight. All the included amenities were perfect and I appreciated having a washing machine to use. I didn't meet the host but they were very communicative through messaging.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay at Appleacre Summerhouse. The property was perfect , great location and within walking distance of a lovely pub for an evening meal . We enjoyed our visit to Fishbourne Roman Palace and had a great walk to Pagham Harbour direct from the property . Bruce was very welcoming and we appreciated his warm welcome . Thank you for letting us stay, it was fabulous just what we needed.

Paul and Stephen were the most caring and thoughtful hosts imaginable, and their Airbnb was beyond our expectations. The decked-out kitchen, the very comfortable living room, all the handy gadgets like the air purifier, the coffee machine and the adjustable shower head, were all so amazing. There is everything you could possibly want and more. The care and pride that Paul and Stephen have towards their guests and Airbnb is clearly shown through their amazing communication and very helpful guidebooks, which they had obviously put their heart and soul into. We were really touched through our stay by how thoughtful and attentive they both were. They put all our worries at ease, and checked in on us when they saw us in passing to ensure our stay was up to our expectations. We also admired how eco-friendly the Lodge is run, with all the solar panels and other considerations that are made. Our stay has just been wonderful as our first getaway alone as a couple. Thank you for everything! :)

Lovely place to stay, unfortunately we had bad weather which meant that beach days didn't reallly happen for us which was a massive shame due to the close proximity from the air bnb. I would recommend this place though and decent hosts too. Many thanks.

Little Crossways is a fabulous place to stay. Easy to find and exactly as seen in photos. We were attending the Goodwood Members Meeting. Easy 10 minute walk to circuit across fields, so no walking on roads. Kitchen very well equipped. Very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom and shower. Heating easy to adjust and plenty of hot water. Internet worked well. We enjoyed doing one of the jigsaws as well. We would be very happy to stay here again

we had a lovely peaceful stay at Elspeth's place. very comfortable beds and crisp linen sheets....so we slept very well. We woke up to the sound of birds with sun streaming through the windows..lovely. the cottage is within walking distance of Frensham Ponds and Frensham Common. it was a perfect place to stay whilst we attended a nearby wedding. I definitely recommend this lovely cottage
