Beautiful place to stay in the Essex countryside. Price was extremely fair compared to a previous air BnB about 3 miles away and a lot smaller! Williams property was clean and well kept. A very comfortable sleep and lovely hot showers , would highly recommend

Lovely place just few steps from the water. Close to restaurants and the main street. Cozy apartment. Andrew has allowed us to check in earlier. We would gladly come back.

Janet and Lloyd's home was our initial landing place for our move to the UK from North America. Impeccably outfitted, decorated, and well provisioned. Convenient connections to London as well as backyard access to the Kentish countryside complete with vineyards, golf, history, walking trails, and of course - pubs. Sonya was a great host and the flat met all our needs we had. Bedrooms were comfortable, the place was clean and tidy and the entertainment from board and video games to table football was a nice touch. Would recommend anyone to stay here

Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The house and all amenities lovely - all very homely but you feel your in a house thats been tailor made for you - we loved all the rooms and the furniture - everything was comfortable, and while the house has a lived in feel, its so comfortable and clean, with very nice furniture that the lived in part just adds to how nice and well kept the house is. We all slept well, beds were comfy and bedding and pillows were clean and comfy too. Extra bedding was available which made movie night fun. Will definitely be booking again.

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

We had a lovely stay, the house was brilliant and very comfortable. Carol was a friendly, welcoming host who made sure we had everything we needed and more. She also went the extra mile with extra little touches, including baking us fresh scones as we arrived.

A beautiful house - modernised inside without losing any of its period charm - in a great location. Katrina was a perfect host. We’ll certainly look to stay again in future!

A perfect base for us to use ahead of my sister in law’s wedding in Stock. The house was easy to find, close to the high street and incredibly well stocked with all the facilities and gadgets we needed to get the wedding party ready on the big day - including a 2 week old baby! Mark is a great host with a well presented property. Very comfortable throughout with all the amenities we needed. Having broadband/wi-fi at the property was fantastic too! We will definitely return.

Really nice and clean, easy check in instructions. Was small but was nicely decorated. You are in their garden when you stay there but the owner has good privacy measures in the air b&b so no one can see in.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

I stayed in this flat with my family, I was nice and clean flat with all the essential appliances, there is also a beautiful backyard. the area was so peaceful and walkable with alot of amenities, also it is near to beach walk with amazing view. thank you Chris & Hilary ⚘️⚘️ for your comfortable guesting and unlimited help and support. I would recommend this flat for anyone come to enjoy the beach in Southend-On-Sea and having fun.

What a lovely place to stay in Chelmsford. Very comfortable with all amenities and 15 minute drive to town centre. Would recommend!

Samantha’s Penthouse apartment was exactly as described and so much more. So airy and spacious and decorated so lovely and thoughtful. Had me looking where things came from to get for my own home. Communication was perfect, also checked in with us to see everything was ok and checked in smoothly. Location was just enough out of Southend to have a good 20 min walk to the pier. Recommend the train on there as well. Toby Carvery was 2 min walk and easy food for a night out. Also the chip shop 5 mins walk was really nice too. Overall such a lovely stay and shall be returning as some point. Thank you ☺️
