We would like to share our 1907 original weatherboard beach house with others as it is so special. Only metres from a stunning long sandy beach, it's a short walk to some great cafes. You have your own entrance, bedroom, lounge and bathroom. Rooms have their original jarrah panelling and floorboards and have been recently restored to their original 1907 character. There is a microwave, fridge, kettle and TV in the lounge and both rooms have aircon. Double sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests.

I provide all linens, towels, toiletries, a selection of breads and jams, cereals, fresh milk, teas and coffee. 4 mins drive to CBD, 7 mins to dolphin discovery centre and 10mins to Farmers Market.

iNDiOCEAN Beach Shack is a cute holiday home that accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Just a 2 minute stroll to the white sandy beach and walking distance to the pub, shops, restaurants, skate park and jetty. The interior has a fresh coastal vibe and the outdoor kitchen space is perfect for BBQ's on those warm summer nights. We've utilised the large shed into a fully equipped games room and there's plenty of parking on the driveway for your boat. This really is a 'home away from home'!

Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Sunset Beach Guest house is a self contained 60m2 unit, with separate bathroom, bedroom and combined kitchen /lounge room area with excellent views along the coast. We are situated within a 2 minute walk to the beach where you can go surfing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, kiting, fishing or just take a walk along a very pristine beach. There is ample parking in front of the guesthouse. You also have your own entrance to the property and a private courtyard.
