Beautiful house a short distance from the beach, cafes, bars, restaurants and Mt Maunganui where the view is ace. The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay (we did 9 nights). Stand out restaurant nearby was Solero. Saltwater bar for relaxing & happy 2 hour cocktails, beer and Taittinger 😊 Brew Co for a great selection of beers. Sea People for ice cream. Friendly hosts too. Recommended.

Die hochwertige Bettwäsche und die gut ausgestattete Küche sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort. Melanie ist eine freundliche und proaktive Gastgeberin, die schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage ist ideal – in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, aber dennoch nah an Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie dem Park von Tauranga und dem Mt. Maunganui. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

The place was absolutely stunning - the views were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay even during a rainy weekend. The house was very comfortable with a lot of amenities including lot of toys and books for kids and adults. Very convenient to travel from Auckland.

This is an incredible Bach! It’s warm, comfy, clean and well stocked with everything you could ever need for a great holiday. Waking up and kayaking across the lake, followed by a spa with the most amazing view was such a highlight of the trip! We visited Okere Falls and the Okere Store which did lovely food and craft beer too. We’ll definitely be back!

This place looks stunning in the photos, but they still don’t do this place justice. Absolutely stunning Lake House. Amazing host, always helpful and quick to respond, massive rooms, the comfiest beds, amazing views, every appliance and ammenities you can think of. Amazing baths, perfect water pressure in the showers. The extras like pool table, BBQ etc are fantastic, extremely clean house. Great location, super easy to find, the cafe and beer garden 1 min down the road are fantastic. Not a single bad thing to say about our stay here. Absolutely beautiful with views to match. Would recommend this place to everyone and will 100% be back again. Cannot express how amazing this getaway spot is. The house is so big this would also be absolutely fine for bigger groups of people. 15/10 in my opinion. So much to see and do in the area. Great recommendations from the host. Loved this little spot. The home was a well maintained Bach with thoughtful design of furnishings and accessories. Very clean and tidy. Great linen, comfy beds. Stephanie was quick to answer any communications prior. Despite disappointing weather, meaning we couldn’t be out on the water or taking walks nearby, it was a cozy cottage to be settled in for the weekend for relaxation.

Superb accommodation in a very special place, location in Waihi Beach could not have been better. What a treat to get to stay here. Thank you Trudi.

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

Our stay in Waihi Beach was exceptional. We loved the area and our host. The apartment was just as beautiful as shown. You could hear the ocean from the apartment. Thank you Campbell and Julie for wonderful hospitality.

A very beautiful and peaceful stay for my wife and I, it’s very nice to live in a farm seeing the chickens lay eggs every day, the goats and rabbits were very friendly. It’s our 2nd time stay this time for a week. Nina and Peter are very kind hosts and they gave us eggs too, we appreciate that v much! The farm eggs are really nice and different from the ones at the supermarket. Highly recommend! We look forward to coming back for a longer stay the next time again!

Tastefully-decorated, self-contained unit (19 steps up) in a large home right on the water. Great view. Short walk to restaurants and groceries. Very nice and helpful hosts. The best part for us was they have a tandem kayak and direct access to the estuary. We had wonderful 3-hour kayak rides passing mangroves up the meandering river at the end of the bay.

Upon our arrival, Loretta & Brian kindly provided us with the classic kiwi dip - a tin of reduced cream & Maggi onion soup, a packet of Bluebird potato chips, jet planes and easter eggs for our whānau which went down a treat! The location of this unit is fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The unit has everything you need and is well furnished with adequate amenities for your stay. We had a great stay - thank you so much!

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. This is a fabulous place to stay especially for families with a range of ages. It had everything we could wish for. Cindy & Jon were wonderful hosts.
