We had an amazing stay! The setting was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The space was impeccably clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive and saved us with a last-minute booking, which we are so grateful for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Enrique's place was conveniently located near Rhinebeck, but alao far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. Worth having a drink in the tavern at Beekman Arms and breakfast sandwiches at Rhinebeck Bagels. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Enrique was a wonderful, informative host, and available if we needed (we didn't). Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend.

This place was perfect! Peaceful with beautiful surroundings, and the hot tub was the cherry on top! Super clean and felt right at home. We loved it and highly recommend staying here!

Great house, location, and host! Eric was very helpful, communited timely, and is super organized. The house is in a great private location right near Okemo, plenty of restaurants, and a grocery store. The house felt bigger than the square footage states and was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids aged 9-12). We are usually disappointed in how clean rentals are upon our arrival, but this house was basically impeccable which especially isn't easy in the mountains! The upstairs is perfect for a kids room and the living space was nice and cozy, but didn't feel small. Plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend this house, the hosts, and Okemo. It was our first time on this mountain and really enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere and terrain while also having plenty of advanced trails as well. Overall we had an A+ weekend.

My family and I had a wonderful time! Larry is very sweet, gave us a tour, offered to help with docking our boat and even offered my husband the tools to fix the bunk on our trailer. The house is big and beautiful!! Very clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need!! The hot tub is definitely a bonus as we used it everyday!! The dock was perfect, we had room for our pontoon boat and jet skis. All around the perfect place for some R&R!!! My family and I love Cossayuna Lake as we are semi local and it was our first experience with an Airbnb. Thank you Larry for sharing your home!! Highly recommend this for your next vacation!!

I fell in love with this apartment, the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were excellent, very cozy and endless amenities, the only complaint I have is the ceiling of the room but it is understandable and is not a big deal and they did not tell us where to put the garbage so we had to leave it in front of the door in the garage but other than that a very good experience in this beautiful place, I recommend it!

Beautiful location...nice and quiet. 7 or 8 mins to woodstock. Decorated seemingly professionally. All the appointments (convennces) you could ask for.

My partner and I were very familiar with the area as we were traveling to go to a memorial and celebrate Easter with the family. We wanted to pick a place that was private and quiet. This fit the bill in spades. We would stay there again. For those who are traveling for hiking and exploration this is an ideal location as there are many state parks nearby. They have everything mapped out and lots of information at your fingertips.

Location and space worked out perfectly for our little surprise birthday party. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Charming old farmhouse.

Very large and nice open space in the house. Family of 6 felt very comfortable and we could have had more join. Quick drive to windham to ski and spent evenings in front of fire playing cards. Kitchen has everything you need for nights in.

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

Rita’s chalet is really clean and the view around it is amazon. The place is well stocked with games for fun and firewoods for warmth. Upon request, Rita was able to accommodate our late checkout request with a reasonable surcharge. We have enjoyed our stay at Rita’s place and would definitely come back next time when we are around

We had a wonderful stay at Niall's! It was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and cozy. Niall was friendly and helpful!

A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

There is not enough to say about the pristine beauty that is Loraine’s cabin. The instructions were helpful in navigating into the property and lights were turned on as it was dark to assure my comfortable arrival. The cabin feels like a nurturing home and is equipped with comforts and small touches. The bed was neatly made and felt like a picture walking in to see it. The stairs are cabin stairs and there is caution to take your time and step gently. Seemingly every question was answered with small notes around the cabin and a detailed welcome book. The care and attention to detail was perfection in a stay. I only wish I had been on a longer trip to fully enjoy the grounds and the surroundings. It was easy to feel at home and welcome with Loraine and Dean as hosts.

We had a terrific stay. The house was exactly as advertised.

The location was great and a nice place to walk. Lots of stuff to see and do that’s not far away. We would come again.

Over all amazing experience!! Very relaxing and helps you enter a peaceful state of mind. The villa was comforting and clean. The hot tub is mostly private and no one there but when there the people in the neighborhood are lovely and give you plenty of recommendations locally. I highly recommend for a nice relaxing getaway!!

Great Airbnb in Northampton. Lovely decor and thoughtful appointments. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfy. Sue is a terrific host. This is the 2nd time I've stayed in one of her Airbnbs while visiting my daughter who attends a nearby college. Free parking is a major perk as Northampton is a vibrant town with many restaurants and shops. So convenient to walk into town for a morning coffee or stroll home after dinner. Great location and neighborhood. I definitely recommend !

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Shawna’s beautiful Cold Spring country-style home. We were in town for a family gathering and accommodations, cleanliness and Shawn’s communication were five star. We absolutely recommend the house and Shawna as a host for you to stay with!
