Wow! Great apartment and even better hosts! We stayed with four people and thouroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful, modern, yet cosy apartment. It is equipped with everything you might need and more, close to lots of restaurants, only about 15-20 minute walk to Old Town and has a beautiful view on the Danube river. The balcony on the riverside was perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. In addition, Jan was an exceptionally good host! He was incredibly polite in all communications, always quick to respond and provided ample information before and during our stay, including a guidebook with local tips. Check-in and parking information was very detailed and made the whole process very easy! Very rarely have we had the pleasure of a host, that made us feel as welcome and supported as Jan. We most definitely recommend to stay at Jan's apartment if you visit Bratislava and are lucky enough for the apartment to be available!

Ein schöne Wohnung mit super Ausblick in guter Lage.

Nagyon szép lakás csodás kilátással a folyóra. közvetlen bejárat a shoppincenterbe . A garázsból kozvetlen bejutás az apartmanba. pár perc séta a sétányra S kb. 10 perc a történelmi varosreszhez. A 🏠 gazda segítőkész és kedves. Apró észrevétel csak. A garázsba csak akkor tudsz bejutni ha a kártyát elhozod a szálláshely ről S addig máshol kell keresni parkhelyet,ami nem probléma ugyan , de fizetős. Összességében ár kínálat arány tökéletes S csak ajánlani tudom.

Henrich was a great host who always responded within minutes. The check-in instructions were clear, and the apartment itself was wonderful with a stunning view.

Beautyfull appartment in Bratislava. 100 percent worth the money.

The location of the house was good—very close to the bus stop that takes you directly to the city center. It was very convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. We really had a great time!

Absolutely beautiful stay. The building is very nice, modern & cool and my god the view really is spectacular (especially in the evenings when they light up the castle). You can get to the Danube in like 10minutes by foot and the old city is another 15minutes on foot. Ameneties were everything you could hope for: coffee, fast wifi, cleaning & grooming supplies, lots of dishes with a dishwascher so you don't have to get your hands dirty. Everything was very clean, little smudge on the bathroom mirror but that hardly counts. Bed was super comfy and oncr again what a joy to wake up to that view. Also spent some time on the terrace to just see the world go by, would reccomend everyone to do the same. Thank you for a lovely stay, would for sure visit again!

We hadden een superleuke, aangename vakantie in deze prachtige villa. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust, heeft een mooi terras en een prachtige tuin met veel bomen, die de nodige verkoeling geven tijdens de warme zomerdagen. (de airco's op de slaapkamers zijn ook een grote meerwaarde) Het rustige strand ligt om de hoek (ca. 200m) en met de bolderkar neem je met gemak al je strandgerief mee. Te voet of met de fiets ben je zo in het centrum bij de bakker, kleine supermarkt of restaurant. Een absolute aanrader om het Balaton en deze mooie streek te ontdekken.

This was our third time at this beautiful house and we had a fantastic stay as always. Our highlights were: the garden and private lake access for us, the fenced garden for our dog and the high-speed WiFi for my teenage kids.

Nettes kleines Studio, sauber, zuvorkommende und flexible Gastgeberin, für 2 Personen (Aufenthaltsdauer war eine Nacht) vollkommen in Ordnung!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and had great access to Vienna — we got there in about an hour. Everything we needed was available in the house, from a barbecue setup to an amazing jacuzzi that we really enjoyed. The home was extremely clean, modern, and well-designed. The kitchen was fully equipped with brand new appliances and utensils, and the whole house smelled like fresh flowers! The bathroom and toilet were spotless and high quality. Michaela was super responsive and always available via message. She was incredibly kind and even allowed us to check out later than planned. All in all, I highly recommend this place — it truly exceeded our expectations!

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

What a great place to stay! Private and peaceful, this little apartment was a great place to escape and relax while exploring the area. So glad to have found this wee paradise to stay at, thank you- hope to come back again!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt- super Lage nur 300m vom öffentlichen Strand entfernt

Nagyon kedves házigazdák! Minden tökéletes volt, és felszerelt, mintha a saját otthonomba lettem volna 🥰 A hely pedig… a béke szigete 🙏🏻 Biztosan visszajövünk még!

Rugalmas tulajdonos, gyors és segítőkész válaszokkal. Minden az előzetes leírások szerint. Gyönyörű panoráma. Tiszta, új, kényelmes lakásbelső. Nagyszerűen működő légkondicionálás. Tökéletes környék! Ajánlom mindenkinek!

Schöne Wohnung direkt am See. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Vierter Stock ist etwas umständlich, dafür ist die Aussicht auf den See aber toll. Tip: die Kaffeemaschine ist Tchobo Cafissimo. Die Tabs dazu gibt es nicht beim Lidl und auch beim Spar um die Ecke geb es die nicht. Die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung ist super.

We stayed at this apartment for 5 days and it was well worth it. We enjoyed everything, from the cleanness of the place to the complementary small "gifts". Piroska was very friendly and responsive and we didn't have any problems!

Die Unterkunft von Timea war wirklich super schön. Wir hatten eine sehr, sehr schöne Zeit und hatten absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Die Kommunikation mit Timea lief immer ohne Probleme. Wir sind aus eigenem Fehler einen Tag zu früh angereist, und Timea hat sich ohne zu zögern für uns umgehört und Empfehlungen gegeben. Absolut 5 von 5 Sterne Unterkunft und tolle Lage!

Ich habe sehr kurzfristig gebucht und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. In der Wohnung war alles top, neu und hochwertig. Es war sehr kalt an dem Tag und die Wohnung war angenehm beheizt. Angenehme Nachbarschaft. Sehr gute Lage am Balaton.

Wszystko było by super gdyby nie ten brud w czajniku ze nawet człowiek się bał wode zagotować po tym co się w nim znajdowało , naczynia brudne. Widok z balkonu na jezioro piękne, blisko restauracji i promenady.

Kiváló lokációval rendelkezik az apartman, a vízpart körülbelül 20 méterre van. Nagyszerű fagyizó is van a környéken.
