The house is very conveniently situated to the beach and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange pick up fromthe airport which made things very convenient. The access road is difficult to navigate and the pick up team was useful for us. D mall and Station 2 is around 17 mins walk. Hop on hop off bus stop is very nearby called Dackz trading. overall a wonderful stay

10명 이상의 가족이 편안하고 조용하며 프라이빗한 휴가를 즐기기 위한 숙소로는 매우 훌륭합니다. 누구에게도 방해받지 않는 안전하고 훌륭한 전망을 가진 숙소입니다. 저희11명의 성인과 2명의 아이가 보내기에 충분했습니다. 넓은 거실에서 가족간의 대화와 휴식이 충분히 좋았습니다. 피터와 조비는 매우 친절하고 신속하게 문제를 해결해 주었습니다. 5성급 호텔의 시설과 서비스를 기대하는 게스트는 다른 호텔의 이용을 추천합니다. 하지만 대가족의 휴가를 원하는 게스트에게는 아주 좋은 선택지가 될것입니다. 숙소로의 접근이 조금 번거롭지만 크게 불편하지는 않습니다. 오히려 그 점이 저희는 더 좋아습니다. 숙소의 입구부터 주변은 항상 경비원이 지켜주어 매우 안전하지만 사용자의 생활은 전혀 방해받지 않고 숙소의 위치는 프라이빗하게 보호받는점이 매우 좋았습니다. 절벽위에서 보라카이의 바다를 바로 전망하며 맥주 한잔의 호사를 누릴수 있는 곳입니다 보라카이 시내 및 해변으로의 접근성이 필요한 분은 다른 숙소를 고려하는것을 추천드립니다. 그러나 저희처럼 대가족이 지내시는 집같은 숙소를 고려하신다면 좋은 선택지인것 같습니다. 물론 우리집처럼 편안하지는 않겠지만요.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The accommodation was great, the staff was very accommodating, and Michael went above and beyond to ensure all my requests were met. Our family group of 3 stayed at Red's place for a week over the Xmas period. Red is quite clear that his place is not a ritzy hotel style property. To us, that was part of its charm. The property is situated on Angol road, just a few minutes walk from station 3 of White Beach. While this is a quieter part of the beach there are still plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the area. A short walk in the other direction we found lots of business places that were helpful on our stay. (laundry, hairdresser etc) The property has 6 (I think) self contained units. Ours was on the second floor, was comfortable, functional, had everything we needed and had a nice little balcony. Angol road is more a local than a tourist area. It was nice staying in and seeing that part of Boracay. Red is a great host. Very responsive and helpful and provided lots of helpful info before and after we arrived. Mercy and Allen, the on site staff, were also very friendly and helpful.

I dont know Where to begin with this place. Rudy who is excellent met us at the airport and arranged everything and took us to the house. When we walked in the garden it felt unreal. It’s sooooo much more beautifule in real than the pictures. The garden and pool is AMAZING, so is the living area and villas. The stay at the house couldnt be more perfect. You have Rudy who you can call about anything and he Will help you with WHATEVER you need. Then you have two more people who cleans, do laundry and everything else at the house and garden. Dadai and florent. They were also amazing. It was always clean and fresh (no matter how we left it with two small kids doing a lot of mess). This is so worth the money and if youre going to Boracay THIS is Where you should live. Erich is so kind and fixed babychairs and beds for the babies upon our arrival and always answered fast when we were wondering about anything. We are so grateful for this stay and we are going to miss everything. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay during the weekend. It was really fun, we enjoyed the amenities and even Ma’am Dizah was really welcoming. The house help was really accommodating and helped us carry our things during our arrival. Looking forward for more gatherings to be held at Seaview Hill 🫶🏼

Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the listing on how to get there, NOT, I repeat, NOT the default google/apple maps/waze as it will take you to a random house somewhere. I found the directions on the listing and followed it and was able to get to the place. This place is just walking distance to the main strip where the restaurants, bars, stores, and parties take place, but surprisingly, it was really, really quiet and peaceful! You couldn’t hear any noise, unless you start screaming. So if you’re a party animal, but also want some “me” time when you’re exhausted from all the parties and stuff, this is the place to be. The place was clean, and private. Meaning I had a fenced small villa/cottage. Toilet & Bath was clean. Has a safe for your passports/docs. If you have a scooter/motorcycle, you can even park it in your yard. If you have a car, they have a designated parking lot on the property too. Overall, the experience was great.

The excellent location of the complex is in a quiet, secure location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, you can get to other parts of the island by bus, which stops near the house. The apartment is clean, cozy and has everything for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the availability of 2 electric scooters. Geremias and Maribeth are very nice and friendly hosts, gave advice on the island, and always responded promptly. Thank you for your hospitality.

Janice was very helpful and check in was simple, the staff are so friendly even popping to the shops to get something’s for us ! It’s quiet and peaceful yet 1 minute from White Beach, felt like being at home and very very welcome

If you want to relax away from the crowded city then this is the place for you! Its located in the peaceful side of the beach but still walkable from restaurant and or a local store who sells food and refreshments. And with high tide, its almost a literal beach right at your doorstep. There’s no stable cellular signal but you can connect to the paid wifi. Also its a good thing that they have cr inside the room. Overall we had a great stay!

This place was awesome, it was by far my favorite place I stayed while visiting the Philippines. The hosts were both great, they were knowledgeable about the local hotspots, and even guided us to a uncrowded beach for snorkeling. I will definitely stay here again my next trip.

Booked the room for my parents and they loved it. The area is near Jollibee, KFC, Ayala, and Capitol. Room is clean with fast wifi.

The unit was impeccably clean and beds are comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. It has the quality kitchen and cooking utinsels. Ideal for a family staycation.

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

My boyfriend and I are Virtual Nomads. This is perfect for us so we feel very at home. Enough space for our laptops and the internet service is enough to get through work. If you’re like us this is a highly recommended place. We will surely be back with our family. Will get 3 more units. Sarah, Richard and Ate Bheng is very helpful for all my questions and needs.

It was our 2nd time visiting Boracay and Elena’s place made our trip more unforgettable. The place is very clean and felt secured. Our caretaker, Romel, was a very dedicated person that although we asked him to set a birthday surprise(cake, balloons and others) for one of our group members in a last minute, we were amazed what he did for us. Of course he was always helpful for other things as well. Only thing is that even though a free shuttle is mentioned in the description of this villa, they no longer does it for free and it takes about 300 pesos per way to D-mall which is still reasonable. Thank you again for welcoming us hope to visit this villa again!

The place was exactly as described. This unit was really what i wanted with big windows and lots of windows. Accessible to the town and easy to navigate.
