Absolutely amazing stay! It was a little tricky to find at first, but so worth it—this place is a hidden gem! The moment you walk through the gate, you're greeted with breathtaking views and an incredibly peaceful, serene ambiance. It truly feels like a private escape from the city. 10 out of 10 — I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Clean place. Didn’t realize it was attached to a larger house. Not clear in the description. Luckily it was still quite private so that was nice. Very clean. Felt right at home. I was a little unsettled when I found that people were coming into the gated private area while we were staying there. Someone came to get the trash cans and the landscaper was also in the private gated yard and also blocked us in the driveway. While I understand the needs of these services a heads up would have been nice. Just unexpected. Other than that it was great and very close to the Disneyland resort.

The studio was perfect and Angela is a wonderful host.

I came to Newport beach for a conference, and Jeff's place was fantastic! Check in was super easy, the space was as advertised, it was plenty big, the wifi was strong, and the bed was comfortable. The real star of the show was Jeff himself - when I had specific requests, he was always able to make them work. He's a great human being, a great host, and when I'm back in the area, I'd absolutely stay with him again

The apartment was exactly what we needed for a visit to LA. The amenities were updated, the place was clean, and the bed was comfy. Sarah was also very responsive and helpful in our messaging. Great stay!

Ewa’s place has lovely views of the Mount Washington area and is quiet and peaceful. It’s close to the Griffith Observatory and the Norton Simon art collection and Descanso Gardens are also nearby. Had a good time with our family who live in the neighborhood!

Jenny has an excellent place nice and cozy really clean with all amenities awesome neighborhood very safe surroundings definitely will be staying again in the upcoming months. Thanks Jenny

We absolutely loved our stay. There nice friendly very clean and helpful. We’re planning to come back to LA for the third time and staying here again. Absolutely loved it !!!!!

this was a fantastic place to stay for the price. Rachel was a very attentive host and the rental had everything I needed. the only issue is that the neighbors have a dog that barks 24/7 and it makes it incredibly difficult to sleep being right outside the window. this is unfortunately not something that can be controlled, but it would have been nice to know, so I could have been more prepared.

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Especially enjoy the patio with the lovely plants and flowers. Such a nice spot to enjoy morning or late afternoon tea. Will stay here again for sure.

the atmosphere was amazing and the compound was crazy but in a good way will wanna stay there again

We had a fantastic stay and would go back! The location was great for us (close to VDL, Griffith Observatory, Hollyhock house, in addition to lots of grocery stores, shops and restaurants by car) and the place was very clean. As a germaphobe, I appreciated having a brand new sponge in the kitchen.

Truly a home away from home! Every piece of the home and every amenity was thoughtful and intentional. Very clean and well-designed space, and the garden space was so lovely! We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

El espacio es justo como se ve en la foto, tranquilo, el patio me encantó, es perfecto para días de relajación y desconexión.. No se escucha el ruido de la ciudad, puedes disfrutar de ver los pajaritos y las ardillas, fue tal como lo esperaba. Saynaz fue muy atenta en todo momento. Quede satisfecha.

This was the perfect place to stay for my family and I. We have two small children and a dog. We loved having the large kitchen and dining room to cook and eat together. The couches were extremely comfortable and perfect for watching TV together. It was great having the two extra futons in each bedroom so there was plenty of sleeping space for us. The neighborhood is the perfect quiet, safe, residential neighborhood we were looking for our family.

Overall great place to stay, Ida was very helpful with her thorough descriptions of everything. In the middle of everything distance wise. Perfect size for three people. 10/10 experience.

Armando was awesome from the time of booking and made for easy check in. Made parking available even though there was ample street parking. Thank you will stay here again.

Great stay, very comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty when streaming video but overall it was manageable

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is about a 20-or 25-minute walk to Claremont McKenna College and Pitzer College, which my son and I were visiting. The kitchen was very well equipped with good pots and pans. (So many AirBnBs have terrible pans where the nonstick is all scratched up or worn away.) The beds were firm and comfortable and it was quiet at night, despite being off a busy road. Lisa was very flexible and let us check in a little early to accommodate my son’s video call. We would definitely come back if traveling to the area again.
