Picnic at our private Shark Tooth Beach, watch Osprey & Eagles fish the Potomac, and collect 15-million-year-old fossilized shark teeth!

Captain Davis Cottage a privately owned river cottage located in Sandy Point, VA. Close to where the Potomac River meets the Chesapeake Bay, the cottage has a large beach and private pier. New construction, modern amenities and craftsman touches by the owner. Rental includes main cottage (3 BR, 2 bath) and guest cottage (1 BR, 0 bath). ADA Friendly. Memorial Day + Labor Day weekends are 3 day minimums, in between those two weekends (summer) we rent Friday to Friday for a 7 night rental.

Relax and enjoy the magnificent sunrise and sunset a short walk away; or simply relax in the tiny weenie backyard, you might see an osprey or other birds. SORRY, STRICTLY NO ANIMALS.
